The survey was carried out with 224 foreign tourists who have travelled to a few famous places in Vietnam at least one time by both online and offline method. The methodology used in our research is a quantitative method. SPSS software 20 and AMOS 21 with SEM (structural equation modelling) were used to carry out analyzing on data gathered through a survey. This research found that the emotions of joy and love as significant influences on tourists' satisfaction and its effect on intention to recommend while exploring whether or not the emotion of positive surprise does not support this relationship. The research makes a significant contribution to tourism marketing in Vietnam because some of the empirical findings found in the study deal with aspects of tourists' satisfaction and their willingness to recommend necessary to improve tourism.

These have resulted in changes in all spheres of young people's lives, including the way they study and exercise. This study examines the role of Generation Z physical activity as a means of maintaining the wellbeing of the emerging workforce and the choice of teaching methods by different age groups and genders as well as the finances spent on it. The research methods include critical content analysis of scientific literature on Generation Z, modern teaching methods and the role of physical activity in young people's lives as well as descriptive statistical data analysis of primary data obtained from a questionnaire. The authors found positive correlation between age, gender, the occurrence of depressing mood or anxiety and engagement in physical activity and also identified that Generation Z spends less financial resources for their physical activities and well-being insurance (e.g., the empirical study shows that 84% of respondents spend under 20 hours per month on physical activity, with Chi-Square test p = 0.001); additionally, the study shows that the use of such teaching methods as group work, seminars and webinars for promoting physical activities are efficient under the Covid-19 pandemic situation, except for responders aged 16 - 19, who do not enjoy seminars and conferences (p=0.002) and webinars (p=0.001), albeit other age groups do not mind these teaching methods as well as group work, as shown by Chi-Squared Test (p>0.05).

查看更多>>摘要:This study aims to investigate how the different leadership levels can apply change management successfully in larger organisations, in order to facilitate business excellence. First, change models and leadership theories are analysed under EFQM principles, as it is selected as the framework for excellence. Then, a theoretical change management process is synthesised in alignment with leadership organisational levels. The main challenge of this research is to adequately connect theory about leading organisational change with practice. The research process is enriched by 6 semi-structured interviews in two different case studies, while the previous findings are validated through 3 structured interviews in a third case study. The analysis shows that although leaders believe that they identify the need for change, sometimes they do not, or they make sense of it too late. As such, a five-step change process model is created as the conclusion of the theoretical and case studies analyses. The value of this research is the connection between theory and practice as it tries to identify the responsible gaps for wrong or not fully successful organisational change projects. The suggested model simplifies the theory into practical steps while the success factors ensure that the enablers can support change efficiently. Further research based on the adoption of Senge's systems theory for network leadership level is recommended to organisations.

Research in this area has employed several models related to technology acceptance and adoption. Factors that influence users' acceptance and intention of use were investigated based on the preimplementation perception of users regarding the usefulness of the systems, ease of use, and many other factors. In contrast, this study provides evidence on the post-implementation acceptance of the Activity-Based Costing (ABC) information system as a result of familiarity with the system and the realized benefits rather than expected. A questionnaire survey is used for data collection from different sized manufacturing companies. To analyze the hypothesized model, data obtained from non-adopters of ABC or adopters at the early stage of adoption were excluded from the analysis. In total, 83 valid responses were collected and used in the analysis. The findings indicate that user acceptance of ABC as a managerial accounting information system was enforced by the wider extent of use and the mediation of reported benefits that were realized by users (departments) of the system. Further, the acceptance of the system mediates the extent of use and the magnitude of reported benefits in their positive effect on the organizational intention to retain the system. These results guide companies that establish a new accounting information system, which may encounter a certain level of resistance, to make the benefits of the system implementation visible to all departments to create acceptance for the system and maximize the benefits of its use.

查看更多>>摘要:Labor productivity is a key measure of economic performance and an essential factor of improving the living standards. High labor productivity growth rate can reflect increased use of capital, and/or a decrease in the employment of low-productivity workers. Thus, it can be said that labor productivity indicators reflect the effectiveness of labor utilization, labor cost, and revenue accumulation. This paper studies the impact of labor market conditions, economic integration, market size, and institutional quality on labor productivity in Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) countries during the period from 2005 to 2017 by using panel data technique. The study finds that the random effects panel data model is the appropriate model to fit this data. The results suggest that average annual hours worked, labor force participation rate, and inflation rate have a negative significant impact on labor productivity in OECD countries. However, annual growth rate of GDP per capita, value added of industry, and control of corruption have a positive significant impact on labor productivity.

The slow performance growth of Malaysian manufacturing companies remains a concern. The goal of this research is to highlighted the measurement used in the Malaysian SME context. Data were collected using survey method. A survey method was employed to collect a total of 1,071 responses in SME firms using proportional stratified sample technique. Using statistical packages for the social sciences (SPSS) version 27, this research focused on data validity and reliability. Findings of factor analysis confirmed 3 factors for the ICT adoption variable, were formed while 1 factor for the innovation variable, 4 factors for the competitiveness variable and 1 factor for the business performance. Only 2 items were dropped due to the weak loadings. Meanwhile the reliability analysis also indicates all the constructs and dimensions achieve good reliability value at more than 0.8. This research demonstrates the measurement validity and reliability of the research variables were inconsistent due to culture setting. This research highlighted the measurement used in the Malaysian SME context. The findings of this research withdraw a conclusion that the validity and reliability of item and construct of this research is proficient and consistent with the previous studies.

The study used quantitative approach through structured questionnaires developed from previous research. Among 450 survey questionnaires distributed, only 379 questionnaires were accepted and used for analysis. Study uses SPSS 22.0 to analyze data. Methodologies such as Pearson Correlation and Multiple Regression Analysis were conducted in analyzing the data. Findings revealed that quality assurance is having a positive relationship with physical facilities, employee commitment, communication, and employee competencies, with the overall results of the multiple regression analysis showed that all independent variables have relationships with the dependent variable at p=0.000. The result of this test also indicated that all independent variables have positive beta coefficient value as physical facilities, employee commitment, communication and employee competencies at 0.372, 0.251, 0.064 and 0.103 respectively. Thus, this study adds to better understanding of the total quality management (TQM) which is the main underlying theory used to develop the research framework. The analysis is applied to 13 companies in the sector classified as individual small- and medium-sized enterprises. The main findings were developed considering the reports of the Superintendence of Companies in 2020. The methodology used is a competitiveness analysis supported by financial indicators and the data envelopment analysis under the Charnes, Cooper & Rhones-CCR-model, considering the value of assets and revenues as input and profitability indexes (operating margin, return on assets, and return on equity) as output. The companies that are efficient and should be role models were identified. The main findings were the low attractiveness of the sector with 0.253 (it should be greater than 1 and grow over time), the business success level according to which a company located in the Department of Casanare is the leader, and the relationship between the variables that reflects an average technical efficiency of 0.7162 (on a scale of 0 to 1). Of all the companies, three are referents for the achievement of technical efficiency owing to the best use of the model input resources.
