Ministry of Agriculture and Agro-based Industry Malaysia has showed in the Agro-Food Statistics Book 2014 that the commodity consumption of vegetables and fruits kilograms per year from 2008 to 2014 has consistently increase and expected to increase. Studies on factors influencing the consumption of vegetables and fruits are still lacking in Malaysia. There appears to be relatively scarce research and analysis concerning Malaysia. Research aims to identify the attitude of having fruits and vegetables among students of University Utara Malaysia (UUM) by adopting product, price, promotion, place and knowledge as variables. Data were collected using the questionnaire method studied using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 22.0 application. Research was done to examine whether marketing mix factors, product, price, distribution, and knowledge affect the attitude of fruit and vegetable consumption among Universiti Utara Malaysia students. Findings indicates all the variables are significant except for knowledge on vegetables and fruits consumption. Hence, the accuracy of food intake in terms of the amount and the types of food consumed should be aware by the students.

Data is sourced from Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) statistical bulletin and world development indicator (WDI). The detailed objectives are to analyze the effect of the Agricultural credit guarantee scheme fund (ACGSF) and the deposit money bank credit to agric sector (DMBCA) on Nigeria's Economic Growth. Data was analyzed using the test for stationarity, Auto-Regressive Distributed Lag (ARDL). ARDL is adopted due to the mixed order of stationarity of the variables at levels and first difference. From the research results, it was established, in the long run, that DMBCA is significant and there exists a direct relationship, only in the short run, and the ACGSF is insignificant both the short and long run but has a direct relation in the short run and an inverse relationship in the long-run. Therefore, it is recommended, that the Federal Government should make coordinated attempts to ensure that farmers especially small-scale farmers have easy access to the financial aids and grants provided and the funds should be disbursed appropriately and adequately without any hitch.

Digital marketing provides interaction with customers and business partners using digital information and communication technologies and electronic means. The purpose of the research is to study the features of digital marketing in the sphere of promotion of organic products based on the investigation of the experience of European Union's countries. Design/Methodology/Approach: economic and statistical analysis and comparison; economic and mathematical method; formalization; analysis and synthesis; historical and logical methods; generalization. As a result of the study, it has been established that the development of digital marketing in the sphere of promoting organic products is in its infancy. It depends on the structure of producers, which is formed according to the principle of family farms or small farm enterprises with no more than 15 employees without a special position of a marketer. It has been proved that social networks are the main channels of digital marketing of enterprises - producers of organic products, forasmuch as they do not require additional costs to attract a specialist on marketing.

Such positioning allows us to obtain a comparative assessment of the effectiveness of usage resource, directed to funding the education and healthcare by OECD countries and Ukraine. The model that expresses the HDI dependence on three main groups of factors was used. First - the amount of education and healthcare resources (evaluated by private and public spending on education and healthcare per capita). The second - is the way of rationing the population's access to these industries products (evaluated by coefficients of inequality of life expectancy and inequality in education). The third - is the indicators, displaying the efficiency of resources using within the industry (estimated as a result of modeling). Our results have confirmed that the resources, allocated to the public sector of education have the most significant impact on HDI size and this indicator is more dependent on the amount of social sphere resources in post-socialist countries than in "old" OECD members. The actual level of HDI in Ukraine is lower than estimated by model-averaged for countries, included in the sample. This means that Ukraine uses resources of its social sphere with lower efficiency than observed as average for countries, included in the sample. Such results allow us to obtain assessment which part of restrictions and problem experienced by national social spheres is caused by the scarcity of resources, divided to social sphere funding, and which - by imperfections, inherent to the regulative institutions of the social sphere. Such results may serve as a significant precondition of social policy development, especially for post-soviet countries.

It is determined that high-quality and effective tools of innovation-digital transformation in the conditions of virtual reality should include: a single system of on-line order management for all enterprises (application registration - technical expertise - planning - performance control - shipment); Smart Factory, Predictive Maintenance, IIoT, CRM, SCM. Features of digital transformation in the part of formation of enterprises of the ecosystem of Industry 4.0 are revealed. The capabilities and benefits of using Azure cloud platform in enterprises, which includes more than 200 products and cloud services, are analyzed. However, the unification of territorial communities in Ukraine is uneven, which raises the question of why this is happening. The purpose of the study is to analyze the level of social-economic development of united territorial communities in Ukraine and the choice of sustainable development strategies (adaptation, innovation, anti-crisis) for UTCs of different levels, identify problems of social-economic development and outline areas to address them. Research methods: generalization and scientific abstraction; system-structural and comparative analysis; economic and mathematical modeling; clustering. It has been established that the unification of different territories in Ukraine took place unevenly (with different levels of social-economic development). The study found that the unification of different territories in Ukraine took place unevenly due to different levels of their socio-economic development. It has been established that throughout Ukraine, communities with a low and high level of development predominate and to a lesser extent with a medium level of development. According to the results of the analysis, territorial communities were grouped into 3 regional clusters: cluster 1 - UTCs and territories with a high level of socialeconomic development (Kyiv and 9 regions); cluster 2 - UTCs and territories with an average level of socialeconomic development (6 regions); cluster 3 - UTCs and territories with a low level of social-economic development (10 regions). It has been proved that the social-economic development of UTCs is ensured by the improvement of financial, innovative, and investment activities of enterprises operating in communities. It has been proposed to apply an adaptation strategy of sustainable development for the territories of cluster 1; for cluster 2 - innovative strategy of sustainable development; for cluster 3 - anti-crisis strategy of sustainable development. Continuation of research in terms of determining the impact of enterprises on the socio-economic development of UTCs is promising not only in scientific terms but also to address the applied problems of developing a strategy for sustainable development at the level of individual UTCs in Ukraine. The studied methodology for the unification of territorial communities can be used to predict the further formation of UTCs in Ukraine and can be applied for territorial and administrative reforms in countries with uneven regional development.

The methodology is based on quantitative and qualitative research following the concept of "cross-border regional innovation system". The basic research methods are statistical analysis of project financing indicators of the Cooperation Programme and content analysis of reports for 2016-2019 on project implementation. The results demonstrate the crucial role of the proximity of border regions in the level of development of the social-economic system, which accelerates cross-border cooperation and the effects of integration. Quantitative and qualitative assessments of the Programme prove the existence of insignificant short-term effects of cooperation between countries due to different levels of development of the border regions of Ukraine and Poland. The higher level of economic development of Poland's regions has provided a comparative advantage in the implementation of projects in the framework of the Programme. The formation of a market model of Ukraine's economy determines the implementation of projects in the social sphere, which in the long run will provide an influx of investment. The practical significance of the results lies in the possibility of using the results of the study in the development of cross-border cooperation programs within the concept of "cross-border regional innovation system".
