The analysis was motivated by multiple concepts of strategy. Based on currently authorized company framework. The study was done to, evaluate the development process of the ICT-based growth plan for Lafarge cement and to analyse the issues encountered by Lafarge cement in integrating information and communication technologies as a strategic plan. A standardized questionnaire was used to collect the results. Descriptive figures were used to validate the data's results. The full text discovered that the application of ICT techniques was split down into many levels with numerous sections being allocated to separate divisions and departments. The key players in the development activities were the management who adopted the technologies, external experts and IT workers. There were several planks in the development process, e.g. restricted jobs of method. Because of this, it was not as successful for the lower levels of workers that the ICT approach tackled. It is advised that senior management reduce the amount of administration in the company to move more effectively. There is a need for senior and middle level management to be properly qualified in managing policy execution, and how to effectively deal with different cultures in the enterprise.

All the forms were filled and retrieved. All the retrieved forms were analyzed statistically. The response rate is 100%. The questionnaire was developed by the researcher based on the literature that was reviewed. SPSS software was used. Means and standard deviations are calculated. The researcher concluded the COVID 19 pandemic has a moderate impact on consumer online purchasing behaviors in Jordan. That was concluded from the perspective of the students who are enrolled at Jordanian universities. The researcher found that there are differences between the respondents' views which are attributed to gender for the favor of females. She recommends taking the recent purchasing trends into consideration when setting marketing plans by plan developers.

The East Asian economies were very disappointed with the International Monetary Fund's handling of the crisis. In particular, it provided some countries, like Thailand and Indonesia, with poor advice. After the AFC, countries like China, Japan, and South Korea signed FTAs with different countries around the world. The first East Asian FTA talks took place between Japan and South Korea in 1998. Like its neighbors, China also pursued FTAs with neighboring countries. The FTA between China and New Zealand was signed on the 7th of April 2008 and was implemented on the 1st of October 2008. As a result of this FTA, China has become New Zealand's largest trading partner; New Zealand's exports to China have quadrupled. As of June 2020, the trade between China and New Zealand exceeded NZ$32 Billion. China and New Zealand signed an upgraded FTA on the 26th of January 2021. The upgraded FTA includes rules relating to e-commerce, competition policy, government procurement, and environment and trade issues. The bilateral trade between China and New Zealand is complimentary rather than competitive; while China mainly exports manufactured products to New Zealand, New Zealand primarily exports agricultural products.

The ability of EU Member States to continue to provide high quality care to all, whatever their biological and socio-cultural characteristics, depends on their health systems becoming more sustainable. Therefore, there is a need to strengthen health promotion and disease prevention, to invest in primary care systems, to move health care out of the hospital and into more accessible ambulatory and domestic care, and to develop integrated care practices. Starting from these premises, the aim of this paper is to present a narrative overview of the main aspects related to Gender Medicine and its evolution over time. Our critical overview is, therefore, aimed at providing a general picture of what has been developed by health systems on Gender Medicine, with a particular focus on the relationship between social sustainability and Gender Medicine. To achieve our goal, we carry out a systematic literature review in order to understand what has been developed so far in the area and to highlight the possible evolution of studies in the field and to strengthen the awareness of the importance of encouraging prevention, training and information programs shared with hospitals, institutions, health professionals and patient associations. To the best of the authors' knowledge, this is among the first studies that investigate through a systematic literature review the phenomenon of gender medicine, especially with reference to the sustainability of the health care system. Although our analysis needs further investigation, due to the fact that the topic is not yet fully mature, our initial and preliminary results underline the importance of further investigating gender diversity and assessing the possibility of promoting a clinical pathway to personalised treatment. In fact, only through a "gender medicine" approach it is possible to guarantee a real right to health and an effective personalisation of treatments, thus reinforcing the concept of patient focussed care and contributing to the sustainability of the whole health system.

They found that there is a positive significant relationship between the assets in Islamic banks from one hand and credit facilities from another hand. They recommend exerting effort to increase the savings of Islamic banks.

To achieve the objective of the study, data of 13 out of a total of 15 listed commercial banks, covering the period (2010-019), had been collected and tested, using descriptive statistics and the ordinary least square method. The analysis of the data and hypothesis testing leads to an existence of a significant positive impact of debt on the firm market value. Opposite to Modigliani-Miller theorem, the study finds that debt is relevant to the bank market value, and it has a positive significant on bank market value. The conclusion is not in conflict with the finding of Modigliani-Miller 1958, where the authors assumed free tax, while the commercial banks of Jordan are subject to tax. Therefore, the finding of the current study are consistent with the adjusted Modigliani-Miller 1963 theory. More studies taking into consideration different industries and different business environments are strongly recommended.

The visible impact is not only on public health, but also influences the distribution and availability of various food supplies, especially local rice in the study area. The purpose of this study was to examine the flow patterns of the local rice supply chain during the Covid-19 pandemic. Data analysis using supply chain analysis of Supply Chain management (SCM). The results of the analysis show that at the farmer/producer level it does not significantly affect farming activities, only 29.77 percent of farmers stated that there was an influence on farming activities. The impact of Covid-19 mainly affects the level of intermediary institutions in the rice distribution process. Long product (material) flow patterns by business actors need to be shortened by a short distribution route. Another effect is the inaccuracy of product arrival time due to delays in the inspection process for products brought to the research location. The impact of Covid-19 is mainly felt by distributors/wholesalers who flow products to other areas, mainly due to the increase in additional costs related to Covid-19 requirements. The solution to integrate all SCM elements through an information system can facilitate the flow pattern of local rice in Kapuas District, by intensifying the management of information related to production at the producer level, as well as controlling rice supplies at the level of intermediary institutions.

Quality of the education system and economic growth. Projections in the case of Morocco

We consider three alternative scenarios to be compared to the economic situation without reform of the education system, referred as "status quo". Our work allows to predict future economic growth that Morroco would achieve through the incremental increase in students' test scores over a period of 76 years, i.e. the expected life expectancy of a person born today. The results show that the discoumed value of expected economic flows over the pernod 2021-2097 would represent between 149.8 and 718.2% of Morocco's current GDP, depending on the reform scenarios. Similarly, GDP per capita could be increased by up to 1.89 percentage points per year in the long run. Our results show that the expected economic gains from a reform of the education system would be much greater than its budgetary cost. In the conclusion, several public policies based on these results are discussed.
