Top leaders from three leading Japanese companies discussed how to draw up a grand design for the twenty-first century. They are Shinjiro Shimizu, President of Mitsui & Co., Ltd., Mikio Sasaki, President of Mitsubishi Corporation, and Akira Chihaya, President of Nippon Steel Corporation, with Makoto Kihara, Executive Vice President of Nippon Steel Corporation, serving as the moderator.
