查看更多>>摘要：A novel 1,2,3,4-tetrazole-5-thiol-fused isosteviol derivative 3 has been synthesized and structurally characterized by IR,NMR,and HR-MS.It is more sensitive to Gram-positive bacteria Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis than Gram-negative bacteria E.coli O157:H7.The results of anticancer activities demonstrated that compound 3 exhibited better anticancer activities against HCT-116 cell with IC_(50)value of 40.98 ± 1.9 μМ.

查看更多>>摘要：One new ent-pimarane-type diterpenoid(1),along with 10 known compounds,were isolated from the leaves of Croton oligandrus.Compounds 2 and 3 are reported for the first time from this species.The extract and some of the isolates were tested in vitro for their inhibitory properties toward urease and butyrylcholinesterase enzymes,as well as DPPH radical scavenging potency,respectively.Compound 6(IC_(50)= 29.2 μМ)was the most active on urease,while compound 4(IC_(50)= 18.2 μМ)showed the best inhibitory activity against butyrylcholinesterase.The new isolate,compound 1,with an IC_(50)value of 39.4 μМ revealed potent antioxidant activity.

查看更多>>摘要：In the current work,a novel triterpene saponin,named ursolic acid 3-O-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1''→6')]-β-D-glucopyranosyl-28-O-β-D-glucuronopyranoside(1),together with two known fiavonol glycosides,kaemferol 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(2)and quercetin 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),was isolated from the stem outer barks of Pinus pumila by repeated column chromatography and vacuum liquid chromatography.The chemical structures of the secondary metabolites 1-3 were characterized by their spectroscopic data and other physico-chemical evidence,as well as by comparison with the literature.The secondary metabolites 2 and 3 were found in this species for the first time.
