(Hymenoptera: Eulophidae: Entedoninae) is described from the Neotropical region, including ten new species from Costa Rica, Ecuador, Honduras and Mexico: C. albicoxa, C anais, C. bicomis, C. diabolos, C. diceros, C. gibberum, C. leios, C. petiolatum, C. reticulation, and C. unicornis spp. nov. The monophyly of the genus is demonstrated through two putative morphological autapomorphies. One of the autapomorphies is in a recently discovered character system, wing interference colourpatterns (WIPs). WIPs are used here for the first time at the generic level for theclassification of insects. Cornugon is compared to Pediobius Walker with which it shares the most apomorphies.

Orchamoplatus citri is the first host record for E. iris. Morphological diagnoses are given, and DNA sequence data of the 28S rDNA and the cytochrome oxidase I genes are provided to define species at the molecular level.

Here we reveal that the common eastern North American species, Ceratina du-pla s. I, isactually three separate species based on fixed differences in DNA barcode sequences and morphological characters. This study adds a new species, C. mikmaqi Rehan & Sheffield, to the Ceratina dupla species-group of eastern North America, and raises another form, C. floridana formerly C. dupla floridana, to full species. Temporal niche partitioning between C. dupla and C. mikmaqi and geographic isolation of C. floridana further support the division of the C. dupla s. I. group into three species. A diagnosis and description of the new species are provided, as is a key for eastern North American species of Ceratina.

A. capensis (Walker, 1869) is redescribed and A. castletoni sp. n. from the Eastern Cape Province is described, A. raggei Fontanta & Buzzetti is considereda junior synonym of A. capensis. Acoustic behavior of A. castletoni is described. Wing reduction in the leaf katydids (Phaneropterinae) is a common trait that appears to have evolved independently multiple times within the Tettigoniidae (Naskrecki et ah,in prep.)

The forewing of Protokalligramma gen. nov. is characterized by the generalised structure of MP, CuA, CuP and 1A, relatively scarce crossveins, absence of an eye-spot, and dense, long spinules ('microtrichia') occurring on its wing membrane. Apochrysogramma gen. nov. is the second genus in the subfamily Kallihemerobiinae, whose forewing easily differs from thaKpf the type genus by the more rounded shape, much more numerous and closely spaced subcostal veinlets, branches of Rs and MP, less dense crossveins, and differently constructed eye-spot.
