These species bring the total number of species known from eastern, southeastern and southern Asia to 15 species. An identification key to the currently recognized species in the genus Eosembia, based on adult males, is included.

Its relationships with the other members of the genus are discussed, and it is considered to be a close ally of the Amazonian Exaerete trochanterica (Friese, 1900) and the Central American Exaerete kimseyae Oliveira, 2011.

From Lord Howe Island Emesopsis cirratus n. sp. the first record of this genus from Lord Howe and Atisne reidi n. sp. are described. Ploiaria weiri n. sp. is described from Norfolk Island. This paper brings the emesine fauna of Lord Howe Island to eight species in six genera and three tribes, and that of Norfolk Island to four species in four genera and three tribes. Our findings support the hypothesis that many invertebrate species are limited in their distributions on these islands, and provide evidence of altitudinal segregation among sister-species of the genus Atisne.

Information on the morphology of this larva is given and the most important diagnostic features are illustrated. In the context of already available keys, the larva of Alpopsyche keys together with Allogamus uncatus (Brauer). The 2 species may be separated by the larger head width of A. uncatus and the position for the beginning of the lateral fringe {A. ucenorum: 3rd abdominal segment, A. uncatus: 2nd segment). With respect to zoogeography, A. uncatus is widely distributed in Europe whereas A. ucenorum is restricted to the western Alps. In addition, ecological facts are summarized and the systematic position within Limnephilidae is discussed.

Altogther, 46 species of 5 subfamilies (Aneurinae, Aradinae, Calisiinae, Carventinae, Mezirinae) and 25 genera have been recorded for the Vietnamese fauna to date. Synonyms and distribution ofeach species are given. The type information for species originally described from Vietnam is provided.

Soldiers of previously described species in the genus, A. clypeatus, A. nasutissimus, A. orestes, A. pinocchio and A. tiguassu, are illustrated along with a new species, Angularitermes coninasus, n. sp., that is described and illustrated from soldier and worker castes. Samples of the new species were collected from epigeal nests at the Brazilian Amazon rainforest. The soldier of A. coninasus, n.sp. is distinguished from its congeners by having a short conical frontal tube, much wider at its base.
