查看更多>>摘要:The species of Stictobura Crotch (1874) (Coccinellidae: Sticholotidinae) are revised. Stictobura gibbula (Weise, 1908) indeed belongs to Sticholotis Crotch (1874) under which it was originally described (stat. rev.) and is removed from Stictobura. Stictobura buruensis Korschefsky (1944) is transferred to Sticholotis (new combination). Lectotypes are designated for Sticholotis (Apterolotis) andrewesi Weise (1908), Sticholotis (Apterolotis) gibbula Weise (1908), Stictobura semipolita Sicard (1911), andStictobura rubroguttata Sicard (1925). The species of Stictobura are keyed and notes on biology are provided wherever available. Sticholotis magnostriata sp. n., which is externally similar to the species of Stictobura, is described from India (Assam).

The monophyly ofthe genus and the relationships of its species were cladistically tested using implied weighting, in a matrix with 22 species, including four species of Priotomis, and 92 external structural characters. Concavity constants (K) from 1 to 6 were tested. All analyses recovered Priotomis as monophyletic. A redescription of Priotomis is presented, combining the original definition with original information, expanding the limits of the genus. All results indicate P. vinhai, sp. nov. as the basal-most speciesof the genus; all results with K=2-5 recovered the apical clade P. rana + (P. echyrus, sp. nov. + P. flammatus, sp. nov.). An updated key to species is presented. Additional distribution records are provided, expanding the known range of Priotomis to 41°11' latitude degrees, from Mexico to Argentina.

Analysis of recently published adult morphological data and DNA sequence data suggests that the family consists of 14 subfamilies. A tentative key based on known pupal cases is provided for 10 of these subfamilies: Asilinae, Brachyrhopalinae, Dasypogoninae, Dioctriinae, Laphriinae, Leptogastrinae, Ommatiinae, Stenopogoninae, Stichopogoninae and Willistonininae. It is difficult to distinguish between Brachyrhopalinae and Dasypogoninae pupal cases because so many characteristics overlap. There are no described pupal cases for 4 subfamilies: Bathypogoninae, Phellinae, Tillobromatinae and Trigonomiminae. Morphological data are available for only approximately 10% of the genera and 2% of the species of Asilidae.

Their distribution is almost completely unknown in many countries or it is based on old, unverified literature data, although someuseful information can be extracted from the online database "Afromoths" (De Prins & De Prins 2011). Modern national or regional checklists covering all of the Arctiinae exist for Lesotho (Kopij 2005), Nigeria (Medler 1980), Southern Africa (Van et al.2002) and Madagascar (Viette 1990). Generally, revisionary works treating the whole continent concern only Arctiini (Goodger & Watson 1995) and Syntomini: Thyretina (Kiriakoff 1960, Przybylowicz 2009). Currently more than 40 species of Arctiini (Goodger& Watson 1995) and 15 species of Thyretina (Syntomini) (Przybylowicz 2009) are recorded from Ghana.

(Saltrichocera) regelationis (Linnaeus) and T. {Trichocera) hiemalis (De Geer) are firstrecorded in Mongolia from sampling during 1996, 2003-2006, 2008. A new species, Trichocera {Saltrichocera) chuluuta, is described from specimens collected during the fieldwork of the Mongolian Aquatic Insect Survey Project in western and north-central Mongolia.
