    Research on the Technique of Tool Wear Monitoring in Plunge Milling

    查看更多>>摘要：The technique of tool wear monitoring in plunge milling is studied. The mean of cutting force signals and the root mean square (RMS) of vibration signals are selected as characteristic quantities. The model between tool wear and the characteristic quantities is built using BP artificial neural network. The result of experiment shows that the module is fit for plunge milling wear's testing under cutting condition, and it is helpful to monitoring plunge milling tool strong wear.

    Analysis and Research of Honeycomb Sandwich Structure for MicroSatellite Based on Equivalent Theory

    查看更多>>摘要：With the honeycomb sandwich structure widely used in aerospace, the research of its mechanical properties becomes especially important. All of the finite element analysis software have no corresponding cell library, so before the analysis, the honeycomb sandwich panels should be equivalent processed. The paper by taking the floor of a microsatellite as the research object, used the equivalent plate theory and sandwich plate theory for equivalent processing, then adopted the finite element software to analyze the mechanical properties of the floor under two alternative condition. By compared with analytical solution, the equivalent results were reasonable, and the two methods were basically identical. Meanwhile, the equivalent results provided the reliable basis for the satellite structure optimum design and mechanical test.

Results showed that the tool life of this PCD tool is 21.5 times than the former carbide tools made by Japanese company, the surface roughness of the hole is Ra0.2, better than the required Ra3.2, the 90° chamfer surface roughness is Ral.6, better than the required Ra25.

    A Study on the Intergenerational Succession of Family-owned Businesses

    查看更多>>摘要：The training of second generation of successor has been an important task for most family-owned businesses. With groping for many years, the family-owned businesses have searched out a particular model of succession. Transferring the leadership from fathers to sons is very common, with the incumbent and the successor also being initiatively. There results in double succession of property right and management right at the same time and concentration in succession time. In this paper the development process and the character of the succession for family-owned businesses have been analyzed and discussed, and this succession model is presented, which has the general character of family-owned businesses in China, with the particular character of Changzhou. The intergenerational succession is analyzed successfully by means of the model, and the result is validated by the family-owned businesses in Changzhou.

    An Empirical Analysis on Regional Manufacturing Integration of the Yangtze River Delta Area

    查看更多>>摘要：Based on the industrial advantages and the development of modern manufacturing industry, industrial isomorphism and manufacturing capacities which affect the manufacturing integration of the Yangtze River Delta Area has been analyzed. The major findings are that there exists structural isomorphism only in macro-industry areas, but their micro structures are different. There are distinct leading manufacturing industries respectively in Suzhou, Wuxi and Changzhou. Finally, a conclusion can be drawn that we should adopt dislocation strategy to promote the three cities' manufacturing integration, and shape a model of Suzhou-electronic information, Wuxi-microelectronic industry and Changzhou-equipment manufacturing industry.

    A Network Forensics System Bypassing Web Local Encryption Businesses

    查看更多>>摘要：Sniffer and MITM attack can do nothing to local encryption, which is a new technology, because the plaintext is merely encrypted in user's browser. Therefore, this paper proposed a clever way to bypass local encryption to achieve the goal of network forensics, based on the idea of MITM attack. A middle device is added to the key point of the network in which the forensics is realized through hijacking and tampering with HTML pages. The system redirects the IP packet to another computer in LAN by hijacking the real IP of the server. That computer fakes the real web server, and then by inserting some code in HTML page, the unencrypted plaintext is got before the code of local encryption been executed. The results show that the object is not aware of the existence of the forensics system, but the system has logged all the information of a HTTP request, including the plaintext bypassed local encryption.

    The Data Exchange of the IGES Cured Surface in Reverse Engineering

    查看更多>>摘要：The realization of the data exchanges between the reverse engineering system and CAD / CAM system is by Graphics Interchange standards, of which the initial graphics exchanges specification IGES is one of the important ways that data exchanges in systems. At first, the paper introduces the structures of the five parts that composes the IGES file. Secondly, it also introduces the meaning of the parameters that the rational B-spline surface in IGES and gives the method to identify and extract IGES surface data in the reverse engineering system. At last, it uses the OpenGL graphics system to show the surface data. Then, the exchanges of the surface data between the systems can realize easily by the method.
