The author puts forward the idea that customer value is the goal of quality management system, while quality management system is the guarantee for customer value. Customer value directs the way for the innovation of quality management system.

    查看更多>>摘要:The experimental research on the wear mechanics and the tool life of TiN coated cemented carbide cutting tool in high speed milling of the Rogers/ Duroid RT6010 aluminum base microwave printed circuit board is carried out in his paper. The SEM is used to observe the wear morphology of the rake and flank face of cutting tools. The wear mechanisms of TiN coated tool include abrasive wear, adhesive wear and diffusion wear. It is shown that the abrasive wear is the main reason of cutting the complex material. In this paper, the wear mechanisms are an analyzed in details. The research results are contributive to choose proper high-speed cutting tools and parameters.

    查看更多>>摘要:Owning to the ultra high feed rate and spindle speed, tool path patterns which are less important in conventional metal cutting processes becomes critical in High Speed Machining (HSM). Without an appropriate tool path strategy HSM can not be fully implemented even though the CNC machine has HSM potentials. In practice attentions are usually drawn to advanced hardware components; tool path pattern catering to HSM is often overlooked. This paper introduces the principles of tool path generation for HSM. Essential properties of HSM and its technical requirements on the CAD/CAM system are summarized. The state-of-the-art technologies and practice-oriented tool path generation methodologies are presented.

Stress and strain distribution of different nephogram structure is gained by the finite element method (FEM), the simulation results are discussed. Based on above-mentioned analysis, the evaluation of distortion is accomplished. The research provides a useful reference for the design of large-scale structure; it has had a certain project practical value and theoretical research value academically.

Alternative signals programming from the computer is driving the piezo actuator by means of a dynamic power. The micro step motion of the the micro-step mechanism is realized used the electrostrictive effect and alternative clamping the guide staff, the position of Micro-step Mechanism is precise controlled.Micro gripper that actuated by piezoelectric cantilever was developed for the need of micro parts assembly.

    查看更多>>摘要:In order to provide effective guarantee for the prediction of residual stress and deformation after welding process of large-sized aluminum alloy structures, temperature field and thermal efficiency during double-sided multi-layer TIG welding of aluminum alloy was studied. By integratedly considering temperature-depended material properties, convection, radiation, filling rate of solders, et al, numerical analysis about the form of molten pool and temperature field was given. Element birth and death technique was taken during the simulation. Double-sided multi-layer TIG welding experiment was carried out and sample of cross section of weld seam after welding was prepared. By trying different thermal efficiency for calculation, simulation result consistent with experimental result was obtained finally, making the present thermal efficiency as the aim result for study. Confirmation was given by comparing temperature value from experiment with simulation one.

    查看更多>>摘要:Shot peening is known to improve the fatigue performance of materials. The improvement in fatigue is that plastic deformation in the surface increases hardness, yield stress and microstrain of thinning Crystal block and dislocation density, and formed advantaged compress residual stress that are introduced into the near-surface of the components and which hinder crack initiation and growth. But over peening effect is produced when shot peening strengthening goes beyond a certain limit, which was adverse to improve surface quality. This paper adopted the optimization of the critical peening parameters to avoid appearing over peening effect. The experimental result showed that arc high value of optimal shot peening was 0.40mm.

    查看更多>>摘要:The design mentality and the unique feature of sensors and the actuators of AJR electronic-control engine test-bed were introduced. The test-bed not only examines each sensor's static parameter directly, but also used tester and oscillograph to examine the data stream, the waveform, and so on. Besides the functions of the test-bed that mention formerly, the sensors and the actuators malfunction diagnosis module was designed. The test-bed was debugged when it was completed, and the results show that the test-bed achieved the desired goal, as well as meet the requirements of the actual teaching.

    Study on Influence of Machine Tool Thermal Deformation during ELID Super-Precision Grinding

    查看更多>>摘要:For ELID (Electrolytic In-process dressing) super-precision grinding, as the result of machine tool thermal deformation, actual grinding depth is much less than nominal grinding depth. However, controlling accurately grinding depth is more significant for realizing normal grinding process, increasing material removal rate and analyzing rightly material removal mechanism. In this paper, based on study of thermal deformation law and compensating technique, three feeding strategies for ELID grinding was analyzed. On the premise of measuring of total thermal deformation of machine tool, indirect compensating numerical value may be preset to ensure effective contact between wheel and workplece, and right evaluation method of material removal rate was explored.

    查看更多>>摘要:Cam is the key component of many important types of equipment. To improve the surface precision of cam, and to eliminate the cutter track, the production data format is analyzed in this paper, a conclusion that the big second derivative is the origin of track is reached. An algorithm to eliminate cutter track is brought forward, spline curve fitting is used to process the discreted data, and spline interpolation is used hereafter such that the second derivative is reduced to an acceptable range. The experiment shows that this method can efficiently eliminate the track on the surface, so as to improve the productivity of equipments.
