    The Establishment of an Optimized Parameters Database Management System for MPCB Milling

    查看更多>>摘要:Microwave printed circuit board (MPCB) is a typical difficult-to-machine material because the ceramic particle bonded with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) has high strength and hardness in its insulation layer. Research on MPCB milling parameter optimization is carried out in this paper. The maximum material removal rate is selected as the objective function, considering the constraints of machine tool, cutting tool and processing requirements. An optimization program is compiled by Matlab and the genetic algorithm (GA) toolbox (gatbx). A cutting database is set up by Access software. An optimal milling parameters database management system (DBMS) based on Browser/Server (B/S) structure is developed by ASP technique and Dreamweaver software.

    查看更多>>摘要:Over one hundred types of commercial CAD/CAM systems are currently used in various industries. To meet the increasing demand for high speed machining (HSM) from shop floors most of these systems have integrated functions for the generation of HSM tool path. However, the strategies they adopted and the qualities of HSM tool path generated by these packages differ significantly from system to system. This paper reviews the state-of-the-art HSM strategies adopted by industrial CAD/CAM systems. The review is based on sixteen widely used software packages which include both advanced systems and the relatively concise packages. HSM features of each system are summarized; HSM strategies adopted by those systems are presented; the advantages and disadvantages are discussed as well.

    查看更多>>摘要:The present paper describes research on stress in freestanding diamond thick film, diameter of 60mm, prepared on Mo substrate by DC arc plasma jet chemical vapor deposition (DCPCVD) method. The stress in the CVD diamond film was investigated by X-ray diffraction and Raman spectrum. The results show that the stress in the film is compressive. The stress changes little at the same homocentric round. The compressive stress along radial direction is that the stress in the centre of the film is lower than that in the edge at both the final surface and the original surface.

    查看更多>>摘要:In the paper, C-Mold software was applied to the analysis of injecting molding of the notebook computer housing so as to solve the main problems of warpage and injection unbalance of the product. According to the results of filling analysis, the problem has been found out and the mold design has been improved. The described case showed the capability of CAE to find the reasons that cause warpage, duration of cooling period, sink mark, blush, color variation and shrinkage directly or indirectly. Thus, CAE analysis has a wide application prospects in injection molding.

    查看更多>>摘要:There are two key problems in the manufacture process of impeller with HSM(High Speed Machining). One is the collision between tool and blade, the other is gnawed-cutting arisen by non-uniform change of the cutter axis. The control algorithm of collision-free cutter-axis was described and applied in this paper. The cutter-axis vector was optimized by quaternary linear interpolation method to make normal vector of blade changing continuous, so. These methods were synthetically used in the manufacture experiment. And the qualified impeller was produced. It indicated that the tool vector control method was feasible.

As an example, it shows how to design and implement a vehicle detecting and tracking algorithm on TDS642EVM. The experiment proves that this method realizes the integration from design to implementing, and shortens the developing period of image processing algorithm greatly.

    查看更多>>摘要:The semi-solid slurry of AlSi7 alloy was prepared by near-liquids cast processing. The effects of different content of RE on the cast performance and the semi-solid remelting performance in AlSi7 alloy was researched. The results indicated that adding RE will widen the AlSi7 alloy solid-liquid two-phase zone temperature and refine the grains, silicon will obvious metamorphoses. The best amount of RE is about 0.5%. Its semi-solid remelting organization is equilateral globular grains.

Based on the above contents, an intelligence recognition algorithm for judging seal fault feature is given, so an intelligent fault judgment system based on the knowledge may be constructed.

    查看更多>>摘要:Fixed abrasive lapping and polishing (FALP) is a new machining technology and was adopted to manufacture hard brittle materials and obtain the high productivity because of fixed abrasive. The preparation process of fixed abrasive pad (FAP) was described. FALP of K9 glass, mobile panel glass and Si were investigated with fixed 5-10 μm diamond abrasives. The effect on material removal rate (MRR) and surface quality of different materials was studied. The results show that in the same FALP process conditions, Si is the highest MRR and reaches 4428 nm/min, mobile panel glass is inferior to and K9 glass is the lowest. And surface quality of mobile panel glass that surface roughness Sa is 2.10 nm and little and less damages is the best, Si is followed and K9 glass is the worst. So FALP can obtain the higher MRR and reaches several micrometers per minute and the better quality that surface roughness Sa can reach nanometer level for different materials.

    查看更多>>摘要:The main purpose of this paper is to apply the extension method based on the spectrum of the vibration signal for motor mechanical fault diagnosis. The measured data of mechanical fault in induction motors are adopted to carry out the spectrum analysis and then establish the extension element model. According to the distance and the correlation function value concept of extension theory, one can calculate the correlation degree of various fault type and then determine the most possible category of mechanical fault in induction motors. Finally, some simulation and experimental results are made to verify the effectiveness of the proposed motor mechanical fault diagnosis method.
