查看更多>>摘要:This work investigated safety and stability of high speed milling cutter using FEM and Penghuanwu discriminance, propounded safety and stability criterion of cutter, and analyzed absolute degree of incidence on safety and stability of cutter using grey system theory, the influence laws of structure parameters and their interaction on safety and stability of cutter were acquired. Experiments of idling and high speed milling were carried out, analyzed the impact degree of structural parameters on safety and stability of cutter, and results validated the dependability and validity of safety and stability cutting criterion.
查看更多>>摘要:The evaluation of technological process in CAPP based on fuzzy mathematics was explored and researched. Aiming at fuzzy auto-evaluation, factors set, weight set and assessment set were built with the applying membership function and weight of fuzzy mathematics .Then the evaluation matrix of technological process was received through fuzzy matrix calculation. According to the principle of maximum membership degree, the grade of technological process was determined. The optimum technological process was obtained on the comparison among the grades of processes, giving an example of the automatic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for the disc-like component.
查看更多>>摘要:According to the national test standards for constant speed friction tester :GB/5763-98, the sample test is designed which suits for the study of the micro-automobile clutch friction material's properties, and the experiment data has been analyzed, and also using X-ray diffraction and Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) to analyze the friction coefficient of friction material, changes in wear quality and the formation of friction work surface layer, the final conclusion has been made that the micro-automobile clutch sliding wear consist of mild wear and severe wear; The friction surface of mild wear is relatively rough, while the friction surface of severe wear is relatively smooth or with obvious noise; mild wear mostly appears as oxidation wear and abrasive wear and normally with the adhesive wear together, while severe wear is mostly induced by severe plastic deformation(serious delaminating wear), and mostly appears as adhesive wear and abrasive wear.
查看更多>>摘要:In order to machine revolving workpieces which are made of difficult-to-cut materials or have low rigidity, the technology of Numerical Controlled Electrochemical Turning (NC-ECT) was put forward and the preliminary experimental study was presented in this paper. To carry out the study, an experimental setup was developed, and a new special kind of inner-spraying cathode with single linear edge was designed according to the process of machining cylindrical surface and the requirement of stable electrolyte flow field. First, the NC-ECT method was simply described. Then, considering the structure of the cathode and the machining process, the method for calculating the material removed depth per revolution in machining the cylindrical surface was given. Finally, the experiments of machining the cylindrical surface were carried out. Experiments showed: 1) The calculated material removed depth per revolution is well consistent with the actual value of the machining process, which decreases with the increase of the rotational speed of the workpiece and increases almost linearly with the increase of the working voltage; 2) The surface roughness decreases with the increase of the rotational speed of the workpiece and the working voltage; 3) The working current in the machining process trend to stable after several revolutions.

However, alternatives are relevant only because they are means to achieve values. With value-focused thinking (VFT), the authors advance decision-making values should be the primary focus of decision making rather than alternatives. VFT describes and illustrates concepts and procedures for creating better alternatives for career decision-making problems. This article articulates and uses one's fundamental values to guide and integrate his/her career decision making activities. As a result, career decision-making study has new angle of views and explores many implicated techniques to understand a decision-making setting.
查看更多>>摘要:In the grinding process, grinding fluid is delivered for the purposes of chip flushing, cooling, lubrication and chemical protection of work surface. Lubrication and cooling are the most important roles provided by a grinding fluid. Hence, the conventional method of flood delivering coolant fluid by a nozzle in order to achieve high process performance purposivelly. However, hydrodynamic fluid pressure can be generated ahead of the grinding zone due to the wedge effect between wheel peripheral surface and part surface. In the paper, a theoretical hydrodynamic pressure modeling is presented for flow of coolant fluid through the grinding zone in flood delivery mode in the surface grinding using resin-bonded diamond grinding wheel, which based on Navier-Stokes equation and continuous formulae. The numerical simulation results showed that the hydrodynamic pressure was proportion to grinding wheel velocity, and inverse proportion to the minimum gap between wheel and workpiece and the maximum pressure was generated just in the minimum clearance region in which higher fluid pressure gradient occur. It can also be concluded the pressure distribution was uniform in the direction of width of wheel except at the edge of wheel because of the side-leakage.
查看更多>>摘要:Thermally induced errors can contribute as much as 70% of the final error of the part dimensions produced on machine tools [1-5]. Thermal errors of machine tools can be treated as the superposition of a series of the errors coming from different heat source. 4 key temperature points of a turning lathe were obtained based on the temperature field analysis. A novel thermal error model on the basis of grey system theory was proposed. The basic principle and method of grey system model and its application in thermal error modeling on machine tools had been presented briefly.
查看更多>>摘要:Differential pressure Vacuum Casting is a new kind of rapid manufacturing technology. The filling speed is the key process parameter which decides the filling quality. In order to ensure the stabilization of the flowing speed, qualitative model has been set up. Both CAE software and BP Neural Network Models have been used to find the relation between the inlet pressure and the forward speed. Using the inverse BP Model and giving a constant velocity of every section in the cavity, the expected pressure values have been got. In terms of the Filling Length Measure Method (FLMM) proposed by the researchers, the time points of flowing stage have been evaluated. The relation between the expected values of inlet pressure and time points has been concluded from this study.

查看更多>>摘要:The service quality of transshipment logistics of container port is an important issue in the international trade container transportation industry. The aim of this paper is to construct a SERVQUAL method to evaluate the service quality of transshipment logistics of container port. This assessment model is tested by a case of the port of Kaohsiung in Taiwan. The results show that the assessment model proposed in this paper seems to be promising. Finally, some interesting conclusions and useful suggestions are given to Kaohsiung port to improve the service quality.
