查看更多>>摘要:To achieve green cutting of titanium alloy Ti-6Al-4V with water steam cooling and lubricating, a 600-800w minitype generator is developed. Compared to dry and water-based emulsion, the using of water steam decreases the main cutting force and the cutting temperature respectively; enhances the machined surface appearance. And it can help to chip forming and breaking. Water steam application also improves Ti-6Al-4V machinability and prolongs the tool life. The excellent cooling and lubricating action of water steam could be summarized that water molecule has polarity, small diameter and high speed, can be easily and rapidly to proceed adsorption in the cutting zone. The results indicate that the using of water steam has the potential to attain the green cutting of titanium alloy.
查看更多>>摘要:High Speed Brushes Aeration Mechanics are the effective aeration equipments which are widely used in the environmental protection. Because of the big span of main spindle and its high speed when it is working, the breakdown sometimes occurs. It is very importance to monitor its condition and diagnose its breakdowns. Turbulent Flow Displacement Sensors are the non-contact types which are based on eddy current effect. It has many advantages, such as good linearity, wide frequency response scope, convenience installment and so on. So it is very suitable for the main spindle's vibration signals of a high speed brushes aeration mechanic are monitored. With the development of Artificial Neural Networks technology, the equipment breakdown diagnosis has realized intellectualization. The recognition of equipment failure types is one of the most important studying domains of Artificial Neural Networks at present. Based on the research of eddy current effect and Artificial Neural Networks, we build up a test system which can monitor condition and diagnose breakdown to a GSB-12 high speed brushes aeration mechanic. With the help of it, the vibration signals of the measurement points on the main spindle are measured at two mutually vertical positions. The signals' base frequency and multiplicative frequency are taken as characteristic value. Six common breakdowns are selected and to be taken as the standard sample and there are 3 lays in the neural network. Using FBP algorithm, we get a satisfied effect. The experiment has confirmed that this method is advanced, reliable and practical. It provides a new method about intelligent monitor and breakdown diagnosis to high speed brushes aeration mechanics' condition.
查看更多>>摘要:A combined method measuring human eye aberrations is presented in our study, since both objective and subjective method are needed for the measurement of human eye's wavefront aberration. The optical setup can carry out the two methods in one system, I.e. it can measure the human eye's wavefront aberration with 4.8-mm artificial pupil when the natural pupil is dilated and then when the subject is watching visual testing chart. The result datum from both objective measurement and subjective measurement is fused on feature level by information fusion method with the weighting factors, which is helpful to combine the advantages of both subjective and objective measurement and emphasize the influence of neural system on human eye. Finally, we have done a series of experiments to demonstrate this combined fusion method and give some discussions.

This algorithm is based on the non-singular terminal sliding mode technique, which can eliminate the singularity problem caused by conventional terminal sliding mode control. The proposed control laws enable the mobile robots track the desired trajectory in finite time when the desired rotate velocities are nonzero. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the algorithm.
查看更多>>摘要:This paper realizes direct interpolation of NURBS with use of solving the non-linear equation and de Boor algorithm, which improves the efficiency greatly by avoiding computing the derivatives and basic functions; meanwhile, look-ahead adaptive interpolation algorithm (LAIA) adjusts the feedrate according to the curvature to guarantee the contour accuracy, and the new backtracking and re-interpolation strategy makes it more efficient. Reverse interpolation with use of NURBS symmetry is proposed to predict the deceleration point precisely. The algorithm performs very well in experiments, which prove its viability and reliability.

However, it is difficult to machine this material in conventional machining methods because of its high hardness and brittleness as well as inconductivity, thus restricting its application area. In recent years, more and more importance has been attached to the new machining method of engineering ceramics, I.e. abrasive water-jet. Feature high efficiency and low cost, the method can be used to process the products of complex shape. However, abrasive water-jet machining of advanced ceramics is a very complex process. The effect of machining on brittle materials, and advanced ceramic materials in particular, have not yet been very well understood. The present research investigates the effect of abrasive water-jet machining on ceramics. The study will increase the general understanding of the machining phenomena for more successful application of abrasive water-jet machining on brittle materials.
查看更多>>摘要:On basis of analyzing the principles and structure of adaptive neural fuzzy inference system (ANFIS), this thesis used subtractive clustering algorithm to get fuzzy inference rule numbers and confirm the network structure. In addition, the thesis built ANFIS model adapted to coal mining workface stray current security prediction. The model can do workface stray current security prediction by the easy measured parameters of non-production field. If the stray current exceeds standard, the system will alarm on time. Moreover, the thesis compared accuracy rate of the security prediction results under different membership functions. The results indicate that the prediction accuracy of ANFIS based on subtractive clustering is the highest and its computing speed is faster. The prediction results to practical project data indicate that stray current security prediction based on ANFIS has favorable practicality and effect.
查看更多>>摘要:An adaptive fuzzy neural network control system in cylindrical grinding process was proposed. In this system, the initial cylindrical grinding parameters were decided by the expert system based on fuzzy neural network. Multi-feed and setting overshoot optimization methods were also adopted during the grinding process, and a human machine cooperation system (composed of human and two fuzzy - neural networks) could revise the process parameters in real-time. The experiment of the cylindrical grinding was implemented. The results showed that this control system was valid, and could greatly improve the cylindrical grinding quality and machining efficiency.

In particular, the effect of the magnetized cutting emulsion in turning process were examined through observation and measurement of the shape of the generated chips, machined surface integrity, cutting force and chip thickness compression ratio in a series of turning experiments. As a result, compared with dry turning and turning with cutting emulsion, the application of the magnetized cutting emulsion can decrease cutting force and chip thickness compression ratio, increases machined surface integrity.
查看更多>>摘要:In this paper, according to the requirements of some cam component in rotary press, cubic NURBS spline is used to generate the contour of cam after calculating every control point on the basis of movement requirement of driven part. And software ADAMS is used to verify the calculation result. Results show this method is an effective way for manufacturers of rotary press to generate cam contour, which can improve the performance of cam mechanism and save much time.
