The finite element model of milling process is established and the milling force and milling heat is predicted. The multi-stress coupled model is developed and the workpiece deformation during machining process and deformation after fixtures released are predicted. This study is helpful to predict and control the deformation for thin-walled workpiece.
查看更多>>摘要:This work employs Visual Basic and Access to develop a case database management system for flexible fixtures using coding technology and parameter driving technology. The database management system of fixtures' cases is built. The secondary development of SolidWorks is performed by VB 6.0, and the system is transplanted to SolidWorks. The system can realize the fixtures' auto coding, storage, search, display and system management with simple operation and convenient maintenance. The system has a large flexibility as the case database can be expanded and the fixtures' parameters can be modified according to actual situation of enterprise without limitations of the software.
查看更多>>摘要:Low stress repeated impact experiments and test were carried out on medium carbon steel and stainless steel samples which is clad with high-strength Co-based or Ni-based alloy. The results showed that under low stress repeated impact load, which is much lower than the yield strength of material, plastic deformation will be occurred on the coating and part of its below base material. The average plastic deformation degree caused by each impact is increased at first, and then declined with the increase of impact times. Accumulated impact will lead to macroscopic plastic deformation and material hardening. The degree of deformation and the size of deformation area are related to the impact stress value and the material's strength. The degree of deformation and hardening decline from the exterior to the interior, and only occur on the impact surface and a certain depth below, forming a 'deformable area'. Based on our analysis, we consider that low stress repeated impact deformation is a kind of accumulative fatigue damage. The energy absorbed by material under repeated impact load, is larger than that absorbed at the same peak value of stress under static load or static fatigue load. Moreover, the energy absorbability is inversely proportional to the impact distance. Repeated impact may increase the movability of atom, reduce the critical shearing stress, that make the dislocation be initiated and increased easily.
查看更多>>摘要:Based on deeply analyzing the working principles and energy-saving theory of loader secondary regulating transmission system, regenerating the transmission system's inertial energy by controlling constant torque was put forward. Considering large changes of the parameters of the transmission system and its non-linearity, a fuzzy control was adopted to control the transmission system, and the mathematical model of the system was established, then the simulations of the performance of the transmission system has been conducted. The conclusion was made that the inertial energy can be reclaimed and reused in the system by the application of the secondary regulation technology, and braking by controlling constant torque is stable, it can ensure the security of braking at high speed and also permits changing the efficiency of recovery by changing the braking torque. The system's power has been reduced and energy saving has been achieved.

查看更多>>摘要:The torsion load of 2000L-B vertical mixer's blade was firstly calculated by the relation between torsion input and output of planetary gear train. Then by means of finite element software ANSYS, analyses on stress and displacement of solid blade and hollow blade in mixer were carried out. As result, the stress and displacement contour maps were obtained and the maximum stress and deformation values were found. The strength checking of blade indicated that the blade had enough stability and strength margin.

查看更多>>摘要:In vibratory drilling, the chip lengths and working angles alter respectively, and play important part in the process for the quality, efficiency, and chip breakage. The length of the edge movement in real drilling is just the theoretical length of the chip as the distance between the adjacent entering point and detaching point. It is revealed that from the condition of h_m=0, the chip breaks automatically in the disjunction vibratory drilling pattern. Change of the dynamic angles was researched and based on the finding that the dynamic angle change undulates cyclically versus vibratory phase angle as well as the axial velocity in magnitude and direction of the drill, generated from the input of vibratory signals, the best performance of the drill in work may be pursued with the optimal working angle and clearance angle obtained by selecting the input vibratory parameters and selecting other drilling parameters in proper order.

The technical term of family table, the steps and characteristics of family table modeling were proposed firstly. Then, Pro/program and its application in the parametric modeling of mechanical products were discussed in detail, and a feature-based parametric prototype was developed by UDF. Finally, a running example of feature-prototype for spur gears was given to demonstrate the validity and efficiency of the feature-based parametric modeling techniques family.
