查看更多>>摘要:Ice fixed abrasives (IFA) polishing is a novel ultra-precision machining method. The motion tracks of abrasives during IFA polishing have an important effect on the quality of the machined silicon wafer. Firstly, the motion tracks of IFA polishing are theoretically analyzed in this paper. It is founded that the paths of any point in the IFA polishing pad relative to the wokpiece are a group of cycloids. Then, the motion tracks of single abrasive and multiple abrasives in the IFA polishing pad are simulated respectively. The results show that increasing the eccentricity is beneficial to the enlargement of the size range of polishing process. With the increasing of the speed ratio between the IFA polishing pad and the workpiece, the abrasive at higher speed can leave longer tracks on the workpiece than that at lower speed at the same time. The more the abrasives, the more uniform the mark density under the influence of more abrasives.

In this paper, the characteristics and conditions of BEC are introduced first, and then the exploration course is presented. 查看更多>>摘要:This article utilizes the synthetic study method to carry on the discussion about China's cooperative education model that has tried out in the university. In 1985, the Textile Institute of Shanghai Engineering Technology University studied the experiences of Waterloo University, they experimented one year three semesters cooperative education model jointly with 6 factories. Since then, China's colleges and universities began to experiment the cooperative education model and showed different types of it. This paper classifies and sums up the types of cooperative education model that divided by the organizational form, the production and study time and the way of cooperation in age 80-90 for the 20th century in China. The models were divided into 14 kinds of test patterns, and these models are briefly outlined.

查看更多>>摘要:Ni-SiC nano-composite coatings with various contents of SiC nano-particulates were prepared by means of the conventional electrodeposition in a nickel-plating bath containing SiC nano-particulates to be co-deposited. The surface morphology and structural constituent in the electrolyte layer were observed by SEM and EDS. The dependence of SiC nano-particulates amount in the nano-composite coatings was investigated in relation to the SiC concentration in bath. The effect of SiC nano-particulate incorporation content on micro-hardness as well as wear-resistance was studied too. The results showed that the nano-Ni-SiC plating layer had smooth and flat surface, uniform microstructure as well as higher micro-hardness and wear-resistance than pure Ni coating. The optimum experimental parameters were derived at condition of, addition of 6g/L SiC nano-particulates in the bath, 40℃ temperature, current density of 4A/dm~2 , and a stirring rate of 250rpm.
查看更多>>摘要:The bond and anti-abrasion performance of repair materials are the key factors for successful repair of hydraulic concrete. Acrylic acid emulsion (AAE) mortar, silica fume (SF) mortar, high strength (HS) mortar, polypropylene (PP) fiber mortar and basalt fiber (BF) mortar were prepared and their direct tensile bond strength, splitting tensile bond strength, abrasion resistance and SEM analysis of bond interface are studied in this paper. The results show that the highest direct tensile bond strength was recorded for fiber mortar. But compared to homogenous specimen's tensile strength, AAE mortar showed the highest direct tensile bond strength. The anti-abrasion properties of repair mortars were tested with decreasing performance recorded in the following order: PP fiber mortar, SF mortar, BF mortar, HS mortar and AAE mortar. Compared with the HS mortar without fiber, the wear rate of PP fiber mortar was decreased by 29.2 % and the anti-abrasion strength was increased by 37.7%. This shows that adding fiber can greatly improve the anti-abrasion property. SEM analysis showed that addition of PP fiber and BF into repair mortar did not change the type of hydrates. The interface of AAE mortar was level and dense. The bond interface of SF mortar was uniform without big porosity. Addition of super plasticizer, the bond interface of HS mortar presented a large quantity of fibrous the CSH gel and less porosity which could improve the mortar bond effect effectively.
查看更多>>摘要:For the purpose of elevating the efficiency of the finish effect to reach the fast improvement of the surface roughness of the plane surface, so as to reduce the residual stress on the surface efficiently. This study discusses the plane surface after traditional grinding machining, of which the plane surface used a new design of finish-tool includes a nonconductive burnishing-tool and a negative electrode to execute the simultaneous processes of burnishing and electrofinishing. In the experiment, the use of the small thickness of the negative electrode is advantageous to the finish effect. High rotational speed of the finish-tool produces better polishing. Higher current rating with quicker workpiece feed rate effectively reaches the fast improvement of the surface roughness of the workpiece. The finishing effect is better with longer off-time because discharge of the electrofinishing dregs becomes easier. The experimental results show that the supply of current rating is near concern with the position of the negative electrode and the burnishing-tool.

It can well accord with the development of green transmission technique. Combing pneumatic muscle with mechanical force amplifier is a practical and creative design method. According to this method, two kinds of green pneumatic clamping devices based on two-step orthogonal toggle force amplifier driven by pneumatic muscle are introduced. Their working principles and characteristic features are analyzed and corresponding mechanics calculating formulae are also given respectively.
查看更多>>摘要:To avoid the instability of the tension control in the continuous transmission process, a constant speed control system is designed and used in winding mechanism for composite films. Combining the mathematical model and the ratio speed control method, a system control algorithm is proposed. Results show that the system has the excellent robustness and the rapid speed response which meet the requirements of high speed constant tension control in the packaging industry. In order to improve the dynamic performance including fast response and non-overshoot, gain control and variable integration time constant control is used. Further, feed forward control method and adaptive control method is utilized to stabilize the composite films tension.
