The innovation and evolving process and the characters of PPLC were analyzed. The Stability of the platform and its disturbance factors were discussed. A model which describes the process of product platform innovation and evolution was proposed. Then disturbance factors affecting product platform stability and platform innovation process were discussed.
查看更多>>摘要:The granite cutting processing using diamond circular saw blades is the most extensive application processing methods. The cutting force is measured at different cutting depth a_p, sawing feed rate Vf and linear velocity v when the granite is cut by diamond circular saw blade by orthogonal experimental method. And the sawing force empirical formulas relative to these three variables are educed. We can obtain the experimental results as follows. The radial force F_n is greater than the tangent force F_t when a_p is smaller than the circular saw blade diameter. The corresponding F_n and F_t are all smaller as the feed rate is greater at the same circular saw blade diameter. The cutting forces increase obviously as the cutting depth increases at the same circular saw blade diameter and feed rate.
查看更多>>摘要:Simulation of the gas-liquid-solid three-phase flow field of outside the abrasive water jet(AWJ) nozzle is studied by the computed fluid dynamic software- FLUENT, and the velocity field of the three-phase flow is obtained, the velocity value of the flow between the nozzle and work-pieces is also obtained. Serial experiments have been done to verify the simulation method. In the experiments, the impact force signal of the AWJ outside the nozzle is collected by the piezoelectricity ergometer, then it is filtered by the vibration signal and dynamic signal software. The testing values are transformed to the velocity values, which will be compared with the simulation values. The comparison result indicates that the value of the simulation is changing similarly with the experiment value, and both value is almost the same, which proves that the simulation method is successful, the simulation model and the boundary conditions are right.
查看更多>>摘要:Tool wear in diamond cutting sinusoidal mircostructured surfaces may be quite different from that in conventional diamond turning as the sharp point tip tool is used and the depth of cut changes cyclically along the profile of the cutting surfaces. In present paper, the diamond tool geometry requirements for cutting sinusoidal microstructured surfaces were analyzed. A series of controlled cutting tests of LY12 were executed on a 2-aixs bench type ultra-precision turning machine which equipped a fast tool servo (FTS). Tool wear patterns were investigated with varied feed speed in diamond cutting sinusoidal microstructured surfaces. The scanning electron microscope (SEM) examination results of tool wear showed that the visible wear was occurred after a short cutting distance. The gradual wear around tool tip and along cutting edges was predominant wear pattern with a low feed speed. The catastrophic fracture wear at tool tip was happened with a high feed speed and the wear of sharp point tip of tool was more serious than that of cutting edges of tool.
查看更多>>摘要:The contact stress of cemented carbide with NCD coating in elastic contact was analyzed using ANSYS. Factors such as elastic modulus and thickness of NCD film and elastic modulus of interlayer which affect the shear stress distribution of NCD film on cemented carbide substrate were investigated. The results show that the maximum shear stress point moves towards the interface with the increase of film elastic modulus. Film thickness has a significant effect on shear stress distribution of NCD film. High shear stress develops in the film layer with the increase of film thickness. Interlayer with low elastic modulus will cause shear stress concentration in NCD film.
查看更多>>摘要:This paper conducts a study on a precision micro abrasive waterjet (PMAWJ) machining system. A new kind of precision micro abrasive water jet system is designed and tapped. The flux and the flow velocity of the PMAWJ system are tested by experiments. Using the micromachining system, a group of polishing experiments is conducted for two kinds of hard-brittle materials such as silicate glass and silicon nitride. The results show the feasibility and the advantage of the PMAWJ machining system for polishing hard-brittle materials.

The square roots of fuzzy number can be applied to solve the optimal inventory quantity problems in the fuzzy manufacture system. This paper first proposed the square roots of fuzzy number. Finally, the square roots of fuzzy number are applied to obtain the optimal order quantity for the fuzzy backorder inventory model in the manufacture system.
查看更多>>摘要:The thermal distortion of YK3610 hobbing machine is analyzed. The concept of clustering analysis is proposed and implemented on the gear hobbing machine. The model was used in the experimental of thermal error compensation. The results show that the thermal error compensation control system can reduce thermal errors significantly and the prediction accuracy of the thermal error model is high enough.
查看更多>>摘要:This paper deals with the High-speed Hard and Dry Cutting mechanism of hardened alloy-steel with PCBN tool: the cutting speed and workpieces temperature and tool wear are being discussed in different cutting speeds when cutting alloy-steel 42CrMo. After the workpiece temperature measured by ThermaVision, it is proved that the workpiece temperature was not high and changed little. Through the SEM and EDS analyses for chip and tool wear, it is proved that PCBN tool is suitable for High-speed Hard and Dry Cutting. It is suitable for PCBN tool to cut hardened alloy-steel 42CrMo instead of grinding.

Simulate model of laser bending process was established by dimension analysis, and the control model of laser bending was achieved with the regression of swatch datum. It was shown that dimension analysis was an effective method in simulating the complex laser bending process, and the control model, which came from non-dimension group datum, was a high-accuracy model in predictive analysis of bending angle.
