    The microstructure evolution and tensile properties of medium-Mn steel heat-treated by a two-step annealing process

    查看更多>>摘要:The martensitic hot-rolled 0.3C-6Mn-1.5Si(wt%)steel was annealed at 630℃for 24 h to improve its cold rollability,followed by cold rolling and annealing at 670℃for 10 min.The annealing process was designed based on the capacities of industrial batch annealing and continuous annealing lines.A duplex submicron austenite and ferrite microstructure and excellent tensile properties were obtained finally,proved the above process is feasible."Austenite memory"was found in the hot-rolled and annealed sample which restricted recrystallization of lath martensite,leading to lath-shaped morphology of austenite and fer-rite grains."Austenite memory"disappeared in the cold-rolled and annealed sample due to austenite random nucleation and ferrite recrystallization,resulting in globular microstructure and refinement of both austenite and ferrite grains.The austenite to martensite transformation contributed most of strain hardening during deformation and improved the uniform elongation,but the dislocation strengthening played a decisive role on the yielding behavior.The tensile curves change from continuous to discontin-uous yielding as the increase of cold-rolled reduction due to the weakening dislocation strengthening of austenite and ferrite grains related to the morphology change and grain refinement.A method by controlling the cold-rolled reduction is proposed to avoid the Liiders strain.

    查看更多>>摘要:Controlling inflammation meanwhile facilitating tissue regeneration has been considered as a promis-ing strategy to treat inflammatory bone defect.Herein,we describe the synthesis of a bio-sensitive poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)/mesoporous silica nanocarriers core-shell porous microsphere(PLGA/MSNs-PMS)encapsulated poly(L-lactic acid)(PLLA)spongy nanofibrous micro-scaffold as a new generation of therapeutic platform for effective reconstruction of bone defects caused by periodontal diseases.The PLGA/MSNs-PMS were designed as stimuli-responsive carriers for on-demand co-delivery of mul-tiple biomolecules to provide proper physiological environment,while the multi-level(from macro-,micro-to nanometers)nanofibrous and porous structures in PLLA micro-scaffold were in charge of the reconstruction of ECM,which synergistically contribute to the enhancement of new tissue formation under inflammatory condition.After local injection into periodontal tissue,this construct could sequen-tially release bone growth factor(BMP-2)as well as anti-inflammatory drug(celecoxib)loaded MSNs in response to the over-expressed matrix metalloproteinases(MMP)in periodontal region.During alveolar bone regeneration induced by BMP-2 and ECM like structure,the MSNs would further deliver celecoxib in target cells to achieve inflammation inhibition,resulting in effective treatment of periodontal disease.

    查看更多>>摘要:With the rapid development of electronic information technology,antenna systems in the fields of avia-tion,aerospace,transportation,and 5 G communication services are becoming more and more intensive and accurate.Polymer matrix wave-transparent composites with lightweight,low dielectric constant(e)and dielectric loss tangent(tanδ),high temperature resistance,and excellent mechanical properties are urgently needed in order to ensure high-fidelity transmission of electromagnetic wave and protect antenna systems from external interference.This review introduces the wave transmission mechanism,key compositions(polymer matrix&reinforced fibers),and several typical testing methods for dielec-tric properties of polymer matrix wave-transparent composites,mainly elaborates the latest research progress and achievements of polymer matrix wave-transparent composites from polymer matrix,rein-forced fibers and their surface functionalization methods,and presents the key scientific and technical problems that need to be solved urgently in the application of polymer matrix wave-transparent com-posites in the antenna systems.Finally,the future development trends and application prospects of the polymer matrix wave-transparent composites are also proposed.

    Temperature and NaCl deposition dependent corrosion of SAC305 solder alloy in simulated marine atmosphere

    查看更多>>摘要:The stable operation of electronic devices in marine atmospheric environment is affected by the corrosion deterioration of solder joints,and the effects by atmosphere temperature and chloride deposition are critical.In this work,NaCl deposition and temperature dependent corrosion of Pb-free SAC305 solder in simulated marine atmosphere has been investigated.The results indicate that higher NaCl deposition prolongs the surface wetting time and leads to the final thicker saturated electrolyte film for further corrosion.Higher temperature accelerates the evaporation and contributes to the final thinner saturated NaCl electrolyte film.Besides,the corrosion control process varies under the initially covered thicker NaCl electrolyte layer and under the final saturated much thinner NaCl electrolyte film as the evaporation proceeds.Moreover,the ready oxygen availability through the final thinner saturated NaCl electrolyte film facilitates the formation of corrosion product layer mainly of electrochemically stable SnO2,but higher temperature leads to the final corrosion product layer with smaller crystal size and large cracks.The findings clearly demonstrate the effects of NaCl deposition and temperature on corrosion evolution of SAC305 solder joints and are critical to the daily maintenance of electronic devices for longer service life in marine atmosphere.

    Orientation dependent behavior of tensile-creep deformation of hot rolled Ti65 titanium alloy sheet

    查看更多>>摘要:The mill products like sheet always have one or more severe textures inevitably,and its effect on mechan-ical properties is not a negligible issue.The orientation dependent tensile-creep behavior induced by rolling texture of Ti65 titanium alloy sheet has been systematically investigated at 650℃.There are some anisotropic characteristics between TD and RD of Ti65 sheet.The UTS and TYS of TD are higher than RD at 650℃.Besides,the creep endurance time of TD(172.6-174.5 h)is about three times longer than RD(55.6-65.1 h)at 650℃and 240 MPa.Moreover,the grains are inclined to form Texture Ⅲ(1 2(1)6)[1(2)11]and(01(1)3)[1(2)11]after creep along with TD,but to form Texture I((1)2-(1)0)[10-(1)0]after creep along with RD.Finally,the crack initiation site is different during creep in TD and RD.The reason for anisotropic properties of tensile and creep has been summarized in two aspects:(ⅰ)the change of the SFs(Schmid factors)value between TD and RD;(ⅱ)the difference of creep mechanism between TD(grain boundary sliding)and RD(dislocation slip).Anisotropy of Ti65 sheet should be fully considered to increase structural efficiency in the engineering design and application.
