    365-373页
查看更多>>摘要:Deep understanding has been achieved for nanotechnology, which has greatly advanced the development of technology. The adsorption property, as one of conventional properties of nanomaterials, is well known but has not been fully applied. In this paper, nanomaterials were used as adsorbents, and further their adsorption properties on substrates were studied. Spherical nano-silica was selected as a representative, which was labeled with a dye. The chemical bonding between the dye and nano-silica was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared ( FTIR ) spectroscopy. It was proved that the adsorption was a spontaneous, endothermic and entropy increase process. The adsorption model conformed to the Langmuir-type adsorption model. Reaction kinetic studies showed that the number of reaction stages in the adsorption process was about 1.45. The adsorption state was studied to verify the existence of nanomaterials as an adsorbent on the surface of the polymer, and then provided a demonstration for feasibility of the general polymer surface modification method.

查看更多>>摘要:In order to study the thermal and moisture comfort properties of down jacket fabrics, 20 popular down jacket fabrics were selected from the market. The basic specifications of the samples were tested, and thermal and moisture performance tests were conducted. The obtained thermal and moisture indicators were analyzed, and then combined with the subjective evaluation results to obtain the regression equation for the evaluation of the comprehensive thermal and moisture comfort of down jacket fabrics. The air permeability, the thermal resistance, the warm and cold feeling and the moisture permeability were tested, and the results were divided into 5 levels. The results showed that the consistency of the air permeability and the moisture permeability of down jacket fabrics studied was better, and the thermal insulation of the down jacket fabrics with coating was better. The thickness of the down jacket fabrics had an effect on the warm and cold feeling of instant contact, and the consistency of subjective and objective warm and cold feeling was better. The obtained comprehensive evaluation equation of the thermal and moisture comfort has certain guiding significance for the thermal and moisture comfort of down jacket fabrics.

Low-Temperature Denitrification Performance of Cu2 O/Activated Carbon Catalysts for Selective Catalytic Reduction of NOx by CO

查看更多>>摘要:To improve the denitrification performance of carbon-based materials for sintering flue gas, we prepared a composite catalyst comprising coconut shell activated carbon ( AC ) modified by thermal oxidation air. The microstructure, the specific surface area, the pore volume, the crystal structure, and functional groups presented in the prepared Cu2 O/AC catalysts were thoroughly characterized. By using scanning electron microscopy ( SEM ) , nitrogen adsorption/desorption infrared ( FTIR ) spectroscopy and X-ray diffractometry ( XRD ) , the effects of Cu2 O loading and calcination temperature on Cu2 O/AC catalysts were investigated at low temperature ( 150 ℃) . The research shows that Cu on the Cu2 O/AC catalyst is in the form of Cu2 O with good crystalline performance and is spherical and uniformly dispersed on the AC surface. The loading of Cu2 O increases the active sites and the specific surface area of the reaction gas contact, which is conducive to the rapid progress of the carbon monoxide selective catalytic reduction ( CO-SCR ) reaction. When the loading of Cu2 O was 8% and the calcination temperature was 500 ℃, the removal rate of NOx facilitated by the Cu2 O/AC catalyst reached 97.9%. These findings provide a theoretical basis for understanding the denitrification of sintering flue gas.

查看更多>>摘要:By the means of visual evaluation, the matching degree of nine types of fisherman hats and seven face shapes was studied. The characteristics of hats and faces were parameterized, and the images in which seven kinds of faces wore different fisherman hats were processed by Photoshop gray levels. Through a random questionnaire, descriptive analysis, and mean and dispersion analysis, the recommendation table of fisherman hats for different female faces was obtained, and the highly preferred and matching degree types of fisherman hats were obtained. It not only provides reference for virtual hat tests, but also gives references for parameterized hat designs from the collocation aesthetic viewpoint.

Fractional Breaking Soliton Equation Reduced from a Linear Spectral Problem Associated with Fractional Self-Dual Yang-Mills Equations

查看更多>>摘要:Fractional or fractal calculus is everywhere and very important. It is reported that the fractal approach is suitable for insight into the effect of porous structure on thermo-properties of cloth. A novel local fractional breaking soliton equation is derived from the reduction of the linear spectral problem associated with the local fractional non-isospectral self-dual Yang-Mills equations. More specifically, the employed linear spectral problem is first reduced to the ( 2+1 )-dimensional local fractional zero-curvature equation through variable transformations. Based on the reduced local fractional zero-curvature equation, the fractional breaking soliton equation is then constructed by the method of undetermined coefficients. This paper shows that some other local fractional models can be obtained by generalizing the existing methods of generating nonlinear partial differential equations with integer orders.

Improvements of Traditional Laser Fraunhofer Diffraction Experiment Using Digital Image Processing Method

查看更多>>摘要:We present an improved digital image processing ( DIP ) method to calculate the widths of single slits. Different from the traditional laser Fraunhofer diffraction experiment in college physical experiments, by performing fast Fourier transform, inverse fast Fourier transform and the nonlinear leastsquare fitting on the diffraction pattern taken by a camera, the DIP method can quickly return an analytic expression, whose period is used to calculate widths of single slits. By comparing the measured results by the DIP method and the successional difference ( SD ) method, we find that for a single slit whose width is 60372 μm, the DIP method is more accurate. Experimental results show that for single slits with widths between 40μm and 160μm, the relative error of the DIP method is less than 2. 78%. Also, the DIP method can be used to measure the diameter of filament and fibres online in real time.

Molecular Dynamics Study on Wavefront Structure of Single Crystal Copper under Femtosecond Laser Loading

查看更多>>摘要:We used computer simulation with the advantage of easily designing the material structure to design single crystal copper samples, studied the mechanical behaviors of this material under different shock compression conditions, and comparatively analyzed the reasons for the formation of different mechanical behaviors. An important macro performance of metal mechanical behaviors under shock compression is the shock wave front. In fact, the structure and the evolution of the shock wave front during the plastic phase are determined by its microscopic process, i. e., the development process of shear flow and energy dissipation in the plastic phase. Due to the limitation of the resolution of experimental instruments, it is not yet possible to obtain a clear shock wave front structure through experiments. By means of molecular dynamics ( MD) simulation, we obtain the velocity and coordinate information of every atom in each system, then compare the plastic deformation behavior of the material under different impact conditions, and finally obtain the impact of the shock conditions on the structure of the shock wave front.

Multi-Excitation Fatigue Testing for Large Full-Scale Wind Turbine Blade

查看更多>>摘要:In order to solve the problem of insufficient exciting force of equipment for large full-scale wind turbine blade fatigue testing, the influence of gravity on the performance of excitation equipment and fatigue damage evaluation of the different positions of wind turbine blades are analyzed. With the multi-excitation loading in the horizontal direction, the actuator force of the excitation equipment does not need to overcome the gravity of the dynamic mass, which directly outputs the exciting force of the system vibration. The excitation efficiency of the equipment is 77%higher than that of the vertical load. The gravity moment of the horizontal loading mode is perpendicular to the loading direction. That is, the mean load in the flapwise direction is zero. The weight of excitation equipment could replace the tuning mass on the condition that the self-weight of equipment is reduced by the multi-excitation mode, which helps the excitation equipment play the comprehensive function of excitation equipment and tuning mass. At the same time, the gravity moment in the edgewise direction will be decreased by 17.0%22.5%under the multi-excitation horizontal loading mode. In the vertical loading mode, the gravity moment is the mean load, which only increases fatigue damage accumulation by 15. 6%. By comparing the role of gravity in the excitation equipment and fatigue damage evaluation, the multi-excitation horizontal loading mode has more advantage to performance the exciting force than the contribution of gravity to the fatigue damage accumulation in the vertical loading mode. Through the fatigue testing of multi-excitation horizontal loading, the potential of excitation equipment is explored, and the problem of insufficient exciting force in large full-scale wind turbine blade fatigue testing will be solved.

Types and Models of Product-Service System in Design Agencies

查看更多>>摘要:Product-service system design ( PSSD ) plays a significant role in both design theory and practice with increasing importance. Although scholars have made significant efforts to delineate its definition, methods, and applications, misunderstandings about PSSD persist widely across design agencies and academia. This study aims to outline the various types and models of product-service systems ( PSSs ) based on inputs from product design agencies. To achieve this purpose, this study applies a two-step research method, comprising a Q-sorting procedure followed by hypothesis testing. This allows us to study the business scope and design model of each design agency from a field research perspective. We propose a design framework with four basic types of PSSs, 11 extended types of PSSs, and 4P-8D PSSD models. The current study has theoretical and practical implications. For academics, our models are clearly classified and validated. For practitioners, our models of PSSs can support design agencies in clearly recognizing their position within the design industry, allowing them to select the appropriate types and models to facilitate their future development. Our study also provides helpful guidances for college graduates, cutting-edge designers, and new design studios.
