    查看更多>>摘要:With the arrival of the era of personal auto consumption,residents are enjoying the convenience of travel; however,problems such as environmental protection,transportation,purchasing restriction are plaguing consumers at the same time.As an effective alternative to conventional vehicle,electric vehicle in recent years has been widely concerned due to its characteristics of energy saving and environmental protection.To identify the key influential factors in the development of EV industry in China is conducive to formulating reasonable industrial development strategy and meeting market demand of consumers.In this paper,the key factors in the development of EV industry are obtained by analyzing Baidu Index in each time period.

    Economic Dispatch of Smart Distribution Networks for Electricity Cost Reduction

    查看更多>>摘要:Consumers' electricity cost keeps increasing over the time in most countries across the world.The main reason is that importing electricity from generation plants far from a load center is relatively expensive,as costs are paid not only for generation but also for energy loss and network use.To this end,it is more economical to use electricity generated by local distributed generations.In order to reduce customers' electricity cost,a new economic dispatch of smart distribution networks is proposed.Economic dispatch of smart distribution network is to meet load demand with the least consumers' electricity cost considering distributed generators,while recognizing all operational limits of generation and transmission facilities in a distribution network.Case study shows that consumers' electricity cost can be reduced by about 20% through economic dispatch of distribution network.Further,generation cost and emission of distribution network are reduced as well.

    查看更多>>摘要:This paper presents a new approach to solve mixed-variable unit commitment (UC) problems with non-smooth cost functions based on a generalized pattern search filter (GPS-filter) algorithm.A GPS-filter algorithm does not require any information about the gradient of the objective function while searching for an optimum solution.At the same time,it is available for solving mixed-variable optimization problems,which is very suitable for UC.A new suitable discrete neighborhood structure with UC characteristics is proposed to improve GPS-filter efficiently.A lot of multiple units' states are fixed before search; hence,the polling search of discrete variable is efficient for a few uncertain units.Numerical experiments are included to demonstrate the proposed approach's ability to handle the highly nonlinear,discontinuous,non-smooth cost functions and mixed variables of the UC problem.

    查看更多>>摘要:Accurate prediction of wind power is significant for power system dispatching as well as safe and stable operation.By means of BP neural network,radial basis function neural network and support vector ma chine,a new combined method of wind power prediction based on cooperative game theory is proposed.In the method,every single forecasting model is regarded as a member of the cooperative games,and the sum of square error of combination forecasting is taken as the result of cooperation.The result is divided among the members according to Shapley values,and then weights of combination forecasting can be obtained.Application results in an actual wind farm show that the proposed method can effectively improve prediction precision.

    Copula-Based Monte Carlo Scenarios Generation Method for STOPF Problem

    查看更多>>摘要:This paper introduces a Monte Carlo scenario generation method based on copula theory for the stochastic optimal power flow (STOPF) problem with wind power.By using copula theory,the scenarios are simulated from multivariable joint distribution but only from their dependency matrix.Hence,the scenarios generated by proposed method can contain full statistical information of multivariate.Here,the derails of simulating scenarios for multi-wind-farm are explained with four steps:determine margin of one wind farm,fit the copulas,choose optimal copulas and simulate scenarios by Mote Carlo.Moreover,the producing process of scenarios is demonstrated by two adjacent actual wind farms in China.With the scenarios,the STOPF is converted into the same amount deterministic sub OPF models which can be solved by available technology perfectly.Results using copula theory are compared against results from history samples based on two designs:IEEE 30-bus and IEEE 118-bus systems.The comparison results prove the accuracy of the proposed methodology.

    查看更多>>摘要:Using linear interpolation method,VIRE algorithm simply treats the signal strength value and distance of the reference tag as a linear relationship,leading to the inaccuracy of signal strength value for virtual reference tags.The threshold in VIRE algorithm is a fixed value that needs repeatedly adjustment through experiments,which results in the complicated algorithm.To solve these problems,an improved algorithm is proposed in this paper,including nonlinear interpolation algorithm,dynamic threshold setting and tag self-correction of fuzzy map,which builds an indoor positioning system based on reference tags.The experimental results show that the improved algorithm can improve the positioning accuracy and improve the stability of positioning results under bad environmental conditions without increasing the number of reference tags.
