    Simulation Study on Dynamic Stiffness of Kick-reaction Link Actuator

    查看更多>>摘要:Under the same aerodynamic load,the load transmitted by the kick-reaction link actuator to the aircraft structure is only 1/5 to 1/3 of that of the point-to-point actuator,which can significantly reduce the weight of the structure,and is widely used in the main flight control surface of large and medium-sized civil airliners.In order to restrain the flutter of aircraft rudder surface,it is necessary to design the servo stiffness of the kick-reaction link actuator in the development stage,so that it can meet the dynamic stiffness requirement within the frequency range.Taking the actuator of a civil airliner as the research object,the dynamic stiffness modeling of elevator actuator is carried out on MATLAB platform,and the dynamic stiffness test is carried out to verify the correctness of dynamic stiffness modeling.The simulation and test results show that the actuator can meet the dynamic stiffness design requirements.

    查看更多>>摘要:The Linear variable differential transformer(LVDT)is widely used in the aircraft field and crucial to the safety of the aircraft.Based on the short-circuit failure mode between the high and common ends of the LVDT's lead wires,the theoretical formula of short-circuit sum voltage was deduced and verified via tests.Moreover,the effects of the core length and the winding resistance on the short-circuit sum voltage were analyzed and discussed through numerical methods.The present research put forward some references for LVDT's design.

    查看更多>>摘要:The effective operation of a design assurance system cannot be achieved without the effective performance of the independent supervision function.As one of the core functions of the design assurance system,the purpose of the independent supervision function is to ensure that the system operates within the scope of procedures and manuals.At present,the function of independent supervision is a difficult and confusing issue for various original equipment manufacturers as well as suppliers,and there is an urgent requirement to put forward relevant requirements and form relevant methods.Based on the above mentioned objective,the basic requirements of the independent supervision function of design assurance system were studied,the problems and deficiencies in the organization,staffing,and methods existing in the current independent supervision function were analyzed,the improvement suggestions and measures for the performance of the independent supervision function from the aspects of the organization,staffing,procedures,and suppliers were put forward.The present work and conclusions provide guidance and direction for the effective operation of the design assurance system.
