Related studies have reported that SARS‑CoV‑2 infection can lead to the occurrence and progression of ulcerative colitis , which may be related to the cytokine storm caused by SARS‑CoV‑2 infection. Recently, we have also paid attention to whether infection with SARS‑CoV‑2 will aggravate the condition of UC patients receiving biological immunotherapy and whether vaccination with SARS‑CoV‑2 is safe and effective for these patients. At present, the interaction mechanism between SARS‑CoV‑2, SARS‑CoV‑2 vaccine and ulcerative colitis is not fully understood, and more research is needed to further clarify the relationship.

Methods:A total of 72 Kunming mice with normal cognitive ability screened by water maze test were randomly divided into negative control group, model group, piracetam group, high, medium and low dose groups of Hainan papaya extract (400 mg/kg,200 mg/kg ,100 mg/kg), with 12 mice in each group. Hainan papaya extract and piracetam group were given the above drugs by gavage every day, The negative control and model groups were given the same amount of 0.9% NaCl solution in the same way. Mice in each group were weighed once a week; At the same time, except for the negative control group, mice in each group were intraperitoneally injected with 2% D‑galactose every day, and the negative control group was intraperitoneally injected with normal saline for 7 weeks. After 7 weeks, We observed each group of mice's capacity of learning and memory by Morris water maze behavioral test; Then, the content of superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA),catalase (CAT), and nitric oxide synthase ( NOS) were measured; On the other hand, we observed the hippocampus' histopathological changes by hematoxylin‑eosin staining, and measured the protein expression of nuclear factor‑E2‑related factor (Nrf2) in brain tissue of mice in each group by Western blot. Results: After the intervention of Hainan papaya extract on aging model mice, the high, medium and low dose groups could shorten the swimming time and swimming distance of mice to varying degrees, increase the activities of SOD, CAT and NOS in mouse brain tissue and reduce the content of MDA, The performance of high dose group was better than piracetam group ( P<0.01). At the same time, it can improve the histopathological changes of neurons in mouse hippocampus by reducing neuronal nuclear pyknosis, and increase the expression of Nrf2 protein in mouse brain in a dose‑dependent manner. Conclusion: Hainan papaya extract is able to postpone various physical signs of subacute aging mice caused by D‑galactose, and possesses definite anti‑aging and antioxidant effects, which may be related to the regulation of Nrf2 signal pathway.

Methods: China Journal Full-Text Database, Wanfang database, Weipu Chinese Periodical Service Platform and Chinese biomedical literature database were retrieved according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Literatures on the treatment of cardiac neurosis with TCM prescriptions were screened out and data mining was carried out using the TCM inheritance assistant platform. Use frequency, commonly used dose, the frequency of properties, flavors and meridian distribution were counted. Association rules and entropy clustering analysis for complex system were used to extract core drug combinations and unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering was used to predict potential new prescriptions. Results: Through literature retrieval and screening, 210 types of prescriptions were finally selected, and 181 types of Chinese herbs were extracted, with cumulative frequency of 2410 times. Among them, there were 46 traditional Chinese medicines that were used more than 15 times. According to the efficacy and indication, they were classified into qi - regulating drugs, tranquilizers, qi - tonifying drugs, heat - clearing drugs, blood - tonifying drugs, etc. According to properties, flavors, and meridian distribution, warm and sweet drugs were the most commonly used, mostly distributing to the heart meridian, followed by liver and spleen meridians. Association rules showed that combination of radix paeoniae and paeonia-bupleurum was the most used; faructus aurantii and bupleurum had the strongest correlation, up to 90%. The network diagram indicated that bupleurum, angelica sinensis, radix paeoniae radix, and poria cocos were the core of the association network. Based on complex system entropy clustering, 24 core drug combinations were obtained. The unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering algorithm was used to extract 12 core drug combinations, and 6 potential new formulae were obtained by further clustering. Conclusion: Regulating qi and blood, addressing both symptoms and causes, and using purgation and tonification at the same time is the principle of the treatment of cardiac neuropathy with TCM. The treatment mainly starts from the heart, liver and spleen, and therapies include soothing the liver and regulating qi, clearing heat and resolving phlegm, tranquilizing and calming the nerves, and prompting blood circulation and diuresis.

查看更多>>摘要:Myocardial ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury is a pathological change that occurs during the restoration of blood supply to ischemic or occluded coronary arteries after coronary heart disease, stroke, cardiac arrest and resuscitation, organ transplantation, shock and other events. Myocardial I/R injury is often accompanied by cardiovascular adverse events, which seriously affect the prognosis of myocardial ischemia. The potential mechanism of myocardial I/R injury is complex, involving many pathological processes, such as oxygen free radical injury, calcium overload, inflammation, apoptosis, activation, immune imbalance, endoplasmic reticulum stress, autophagy, myocardial energy metabolism disorder, myocardial microvascular endothelial cell injury and so on. Ischemic preconditioning is an effective preventive and therapeutic measure to reduce ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) injury. At present, there are many experimental studies on the pathogenesis and prevention and treatment measures, but the clinical application is still limited, so the prevention and treatment of I/R injury is still a major challenge. The pathogenesis of myocardial I/R injury is not completely clear, and the treatment methods and drugs are limited, so this paper summarizes the molecular mechanism and related signal pathways involved in its injury, as well as the emerging targeted therapy, to provide strategy and theoretical basis for clinical prevention and treatment of myocardial I/R injury.
