查看更多>>摘要:In the past,the traditional view of HRD was considered as just simple training and development,organizations mainly paid attention to the short-term accumulating funds,and they considered that the profits occupied the first place of organization development,and employee performance just followed. However such superficial HRD would not create long-term profits to organizations. According to recent researchers,some entrepreneurs consider that HRD concerns employees’ development,it provide well-organized training plans and learning opportunities for potential employees,consequently,ensures the improvement organization performance in the fast-changing business environment. This article will focus on the several relevant concepts between HRD and business strategy to interpret the importance of this integration. Moreover,some cases will be applied to prove the importance in the fast-changing world,and to point out the practicable way to achieve the goals of alignment between HRD and business strategy.
