查看更多>>摘要:In China’s economic transition,much focus is put on the relationship between government and economic market.Administrative licenG sing,as an important method of government regulation,will help understand how government interacts with market in China.In fact,the AdministraG tive License Law has raised much controversy since its adoption in 2004.Is this Chinese-specific legislation a good solution to “market failure”probG lems or simply an extension of government power———that is a question.This article attempts to answer the question.By economic analysis of the Law, this article suggests that the Administrative License Law has an instructive significance on government-market relations.And it builds up a framework to solve market failure problems during transition process.
