    Analysis of knowledge graph of Chinese medical treatment based on VOSviewer and CiteSpace

    查看更多>>摘要：Objective:To analyze the development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)over the past 10 years,focus on the key points of research,and predict the diseases that can be treated and prevented through TCM in the future.Methods:A systematic computer-based search was conducted to gather relevant literature on preventive treatment in traditional Chinese medicine from database including China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),VIP,and WanFang in the past 10 years.Data extraction involved details such as authors,institutions,and keywords.Additionally,searching the Web of Science for literature on preventive treatment in traditional Chinese medicine,which was subsequently downloaded.Data analysis and the creation of knowledge graph were performed using VOSviewer and CiteSpace,respectively.Results:Through the relevant analysis of the literature in the field of preventive treatment of disease,the research hotspots and research status of preventive treatment of disease in recent years are shown,which provides certain reference information for future scientific research in our country.Conclusions:The research conducted provides valuable insights and guidance for future studies in the prevention and treatment of diseases using traditional Chinese medicine methods.

    An exploration of special adjuvants used in the treatment of epidemics in the unearthed bamboo and silk documents from the Qin and Han Dynasties

    查看更多>>摘要：Objective:To investigate the content related to epidemic diseases in the silk documents unearthed from the Qin and Han Dynasties in China.Specifically,it aims to analyze the use of special excipients in the treatment of these diseases.Methods:This study conducted extensive research and verification on the bamboo and silk documents.They systematically collected,sorted out,and studied the methods of treating epidemic diseases during the Qin and Han Dynasties.This involved analyzing the use of excipients as well as understanding the ancient doctors'aseptic awareness and recognition of medicinal properties.Results:The study revealed that ancient doctors in the Qin and Han Dynasties frequently used special excipients in the treatment of epidemic diseases.They demonstrated a certain level of aseptic awareness and could accurately identify the medicinal properties of these excipients.The treatment activities were carried out based on the etiology and pathology of the diseases.Conclusions:Collecting,sorting out,and studying the treatment methods of epidemic diseases in the Qin and Han Dynasties have certain reference value for the prevention and control of epidemic diseases in both traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and modern clinical treatment.

    查看更多>>摘要：This paper summarized professor LI Xiuhui's experience in treating acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS)complicated with opportunistic infections(OIs)using the methodology of"turbid toxins entering the blood and expelling pathogens outwardly".OIs are significant cause of morbidity and mortality among AIDS patients.Professor LI Xiuhui believes that the pathogenesis of OIs lies in turbid toxins entering the blood,infecting the Sanjiao,damaging the nutrient Qi and defensive Qi,consuming Qi and essence,and impairing the primordial Qi.As a result,the five organs are weakened,pathogenic toxins overflow,leading to the occurrence of some related opportunistic infectious diseases in various systems throughout the body.Therefore,in treatment,the"penetrating and supporting method"and the"tonifying and supporting method"are used to consolidate and support the healthy Qi,allowing the pathogenic toxins to be expelled smoothly,so that the opportunistic infectious diseases can be cured or controlled.

    Theoretical discussion and application of HE's tube acupuncture technique in the treatment of vertigo based on Huangdi Neijing

    查看更多>>摘要：HE's tube acupuncture technique was founded by Mr.HE Huiwu,a Master of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Based on the theory of Zangfu organs and meridians,it draws on the essence of the academics of doctors in the past dynasties,especially the important theory of Huangdi Neijing to guide the clinical practice of acupuncture and moxibustion.This paper introduces the academic thought of HE's tube acupuncture.Mr HE believes that the pathogenesis of vertigo is mainly the first,kidney essence is deficient,and the heart fire burns alone,therefore disharmony occurs between heart and kidney.Secondly,liver and kidney Yin's deficiency,Yin is deficient while Yang is hyperactive or Yin is deficient and wind.Thirdly,the spleen Qi is deficient,Qingyang fails to ascend,and the main Zangfu organs are responsible for the liver,spleen and kidney.In the treatment,it emphasizes the characteristics of TCM paying attention to the whole,syndrome differentiation and treatment,selects the principal acupuncture points of the bladder meridian of foot Taiyang,kidney meridian of foot Shaoyin,hand Jueyin pericardium meridian,heart meridian of hand Shaoyin,include Kunlun(BL60),Yongquan(KI1),Neiguan(PC6),Fuliu(KI7),Daling(PC7),Shenmen(HT7),Shenmai(BL62),Tianzhu(BL10),Baihui(GV20),Beiyu points,etc.Finally,combined with the actual medical records,the clinical effect of HE's tube acupuncture technique in the treatment of vertigo is explained in detail.

    查看更多>>摘要：Objective:To cultivate the clinical thinking of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Methods:A 53-year-old male patient with fever,systemic rash accompanied by oral,perineal and perianal ulcers for 5 days was enrolled and managed utilizing traditional Chinese medicine principles.Results:By enhancing relevant auxiliary examinations to exclude hand-foot-and-mouth disease,combined with the four diagnostic methods of traditional Chinese medicine,the diagnosis was established as Huhuo disease,and the differentiation was dampness-heat encumbering inside.On the basis of modern medical fluid rehydration and nutritional support(glucocorticoids,immunosuppressants and other drugs were not used in the whole treatment).The patient was treated with Chinese medicine differentiation,and administered Gancao Xiexin decoction for 9 days and then was recovered and discharged.Conclusions:Based on the trinity of"theory-classic-clinical",the cultivation of TCM thinking can be realized.
