查看更多>>摘要:The concept of Defamiliarization proposed by Victor Shklovsky in his Art as Technique emphasizes that a change in form to make the familiar things unfamiliar is central to the life of literature, which becomes a greatest contribution to the Russian Formalism movement. Yet the methodo-logical value embodied in dofamiliarization needs further analysis and rediscovery. To fill this gap, this paper interprets this concept as a dichotomy between imitation and novelty in the process of literary formation with the individual talents of the preducers prior to all other factors.
