    查看更多>>摘要：选择高质量的肝移植患者报告结局测量工具可从患者角度充分评估其健康状况，有助于护理人员发现患者报告的健康问题，并对此开展针对性的护理干预。笔者对国内外肝移植患者报告结局测量工具的研究现状进行综述，包括肝移植患者报告结局普适性与特异性测量工具的内容、特点、不足之处及推荐使用情景等方面展开分析，以期为肝移植患者报告结局的测量工具选择、肝移植患者的症状管理及相关护理决策提供参考。 Selecting high-quality patient report outcome measures for patients with liver transplantation may properly assess health condition from their perspective, assist nurses in identifying patients′ reports of health issues, and deliver targeted nursing care for them. This paper reviewed the current status of researches on measurement tools for patient reported outcomes in liver transplantation both domestically and internationally, including the content, characteristics, disadvantages and situation recommendations of the generic and specific measurement tools. The purpose is to provide a reference for choosing patient reported outcomes measurements, symptom management as well as the caring strategies in liver transplantation.

    查看更多>>摘要：综述乳腺癌患者与未成年子女间病情沟通的现状，包括沟通决策的原因、时机、方式以及内容等，分析可能影响沟通决策的因素，包括母亲因素、子女因素、社会支持以及文化背景4个方面，并总结国内外乳腺癌患者与未成年子女间病情沟通的干预措施，以期为促进我国构建有效的亲子沟通干预方案提供借鉴。 This article reviewed the current status of parent-child communication of breast cancer patients with minor children from the aspects of reasons, timing, modes and contents, and analyzed the possible influencing factors affecting decision-making process from four parts, including the mother, the children,social support and socio-cultural background aspects. It also overviewed relevant interventions focusing on improving the quality of parent-child communication of breast cancer patients. It is expected to provide some suggestions for professionals to construct effective communication interventions in our country.
