查看更多>>摘要：2024 marks the tenth anniversary of a holistic approach to national security.As an important component of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,a holistic approach to national security provides fundamental guidance for China's national security work in the new era and is,therefore,of great theoretical and practical significance.This approach has several distinct features:it reflects the trends of our times,is deeply rooted in China's national culture,and follows a people-centered,struggle-oriented,systematic,strategic,innovative,and practice-based approach.By upholding and developing a holistic approach to national security,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)has comprehensively strengthened the Party's absolute leadership over national security,reshaped the systems and mechanisms for national security across the board,and made brilliant achievements in national security work in the new era.Given the context of the momentous changes unseen in a century that shape today's world,the national security situation facing China is increasingly complex and grim,characterized by many challenges and new characteristics.On the new journey toward rejuvenating the nation and building China into a strong country,we should fully implement the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress,firmly pursue a holistic approach to national security,and accelerate the modernization of China's national security system and capacity to ensure steady and sustained progress in Chinese modernization.

查看更多>>摘要：In recent years,with the intensification of major-country rivalry and the profound changes in the global geopolitical landscape,Southeast Asia has become a focal point for the world's major countries vying for influence.Since the inauguration of the Biden administration,which inherited its predecessor's"Indo-Pacific"strategy,the United States has spared no effort to woo Southeast Asian countries including Indonesia,pressuring them to take sides.Against such a backdrop,Indonesia has strengthened cooperation with the United States while enhancing relations with China.Based on its traditional"free and active"foreign policy,Indonesia insists on deepening ties with China in spite of pressure from the United States.Given the victory of Prabowo Subianto,currently Indonesian Defense Minister,in the 2024 presidential election,China and Indonesia are expected to maintain the momentum of their friendly cooperation,which will however face strong headwinds such as American interference,tensions in the South China Sea,and changes in Indonesian politics.

查看更多>>摘要：The governance of France's overseas territories in Oceania has undergone a significant model transformation since the end of World WarⅡ.In recent years,it has further highlighted its determination to pursue strategic autonomy.Through strict governance and legal mechanisms,France has promoted local autonomy and economic transformation,and has shifted the governance of these territories from colonial control to political cooperation and from predatory development to localized sustainable development.France's overseas territories in Oceania have increasingly become the fulcrum of its foreign strategy,serving the overall interests of its country and its overseas security.In recent years,France's governance policies in the region have become increasingly diversified,such as promoting economic diversification,strengthening regional security cooperation,weakening its independence tendencies,and promoting changes in the regional situation and relevant national policies.
