    查看更多>>摘要:主导眼是双眼中具有视觉输入优势的一眼,又称优势眼、主视眼,通常分为注视性主导眼、知觉性主导眼和运动性主导眼。关于主导眼的研究一直未曾间断,近年来有学者对主导眼的形成机制、测量方法及与相关疾病的关系进行了大量研究。现笔者就主导眼与眼部疾病的相关性研究现状进行综述。 Dominant eye is defined as the preference of visual input from one eye to the other. It is usually divided into sighting, sensory and motor dominant eye. The research on dominant eye has not been interrupted.In recent years, scholars have conducted a large number of studies on the formation mechanism, measurement methods and related diseases of dominant eye. This paper summarizes the research status of dominant eye.

    查看更多>>摘要:近年来角膜生物力学已成为研究的热点。随着其研究的深入,逐渐产生了一门新兴的交叉学科——力学生物学。力学生物学是从细胞、分子、基因水平应用力学原理和方法研究生物体中的力学过程与生物学过程之间的相互关系的一门学科。角膜在眼内压的作用下处于复杂的力学环境中,各种疾病、手术等会导致其受力环境的改变。力学刺激会对角膜组织和细胞产生生物学影响,对此进行研究对于认识和理解角膜的生理病理过程、疾病的诊治具有重要意义。现对近年来角膜的力学生物学研究现状及相关进展进行阐述,以期为角膜相关力学生物学研究提供新的研究方向和思路。 Corneal biomechanics has become a research hotspot in recent years. The deepening of research results in a new interdisciplinary-mechanobiology. Mechanobiology is a discipline to study the relationship between mechanics and biological processes in organism at cellular, molecular, and genetic levels through mechanical principles and methods. The cornea is in a complex mechanical environment under the intraocular pressure, and various diseases and surgeries can cause changes in its stress environment. Studying biological response of corneal tissues and cells to mechanical stimuli has very important scientific and clinical significance for understanding the physiological and pathological processes of the cornea and the diagnosis and treatment of corneal related diseases. This article comprehensively describes progress in corneal mechanobiology in recent years, in order to provide new research directions and ideas for the related corneal mechanobiology research.
