The initiation of'Three rights division'is derived from such footing that rural land contract rights and ru-ral land management rights are divided while rural land ownership remains unchanged. The practice of such new policy has given a positive play to improving agricultural operation efficiency,augmenting farmers'incomes and boosting rural revitalization. However,'three rights division'still boasts defects and potential risks at the legal and practical levels. Scholars have carried out a lot of research in this respect and put forward suggestions,leading to profuse findings. However,those findings have left much room for further research,like solving the virtual owner-ship of rural collective land,coping with the potential non-agricultural and non-grain risks,and identifying the effect of'three rights division'in practice.
