Paths to College-Village Coordinated Cultivation of Rural Elite from the Perspective of Symbiosis
Rural elite plays a guiding and leading role in rural revitalization,and is a key group in advancing rural development quality.Studies have showcased that the theory of symbiosis is a good mode chiming in with the culti-vation of rural elite in terms of systematic environment,organizational institutions and value units.Colleges'synergy with village self-organizations,resource endowment,talent bases and development readiness enables rural elite culti-vation and talent revitalization.Both colleges and village self-organizations may develop a symmetric reciprocal and symbiotic mode by scientifically manipulating interests distribution.The college-village community provides a manip-ulating space for raising the rural elite cultivation level and efficiency from a symbiotic point of view.At the three symbiotic levels of organizations,individuals and factors,the college-village community constitute symbiotic units and realize the guidance,coordination and interests-assessing mechanism design of rural elite cultivation.Construc-ting multi-organizational scenes,fulfilling the individual sense of self-efficiency,and restructuring college-village es-sentials of value enable the college-village community to realize and sustain a symmetric,reciprocal and symbiotic balance of kinetics.
