教师教育政策研究:演进、趋势与研究缺口——基于近十年的研究文献分析

教师教育政策作为国家在特定历史阶段为实现培养优秀教师的目标而制定的行动准则,不仅反映了对教师能力素质、选拔任用、考核与培训的规范,还涵盖了工资、职称、奖惩及其他福利待遇的相关要求.通过对2014年1月至2023年12月期间,中国知网收录的以"教师教育政策"为主题的152篇核心期刊文献的综合分析,旨在揭示教师教育政策研究的演进、趋势以及存在的研究缺口,为我国未来政策的制定与改进提供理论依据,进而推动教师教育政策制定的进一步完善,以促进教师队伍建设与教育质量的提升.
Teachers Education Policy Studies:Evolution,Tendencies and Studies Shortage——Studies Based on the Literature Research in the Nearly Decade
Teachers education policy,which is a norm of act formulated by the state in a special stage of history tar-geted for excellent teachers cultivation,not only mirrors a yardstick for teachers'capacities and literacy,selection and appointment,appraisal and training,but also covers requirements related to salaries,professional titles,re-wards and punishments and other fringe benefits.Based on a synthetic analysis of the 152 papers themed'Teachers Education Policy'published in core periodicals included in the CNKI database from January 2014 to December 2023,this paper has delved into the evolution,trends and existing research gaps in teachers education policy stud-ies,aiming to introduce theoretical bases to future policies making,the improvement on which can be further ad-vanced,whereby the teaching staff construction and education quality can be updated.
