阿坝州全域旅游高质量发展路径探讨
Pathways to High-quality Development of All-for-one Tourism in Aba Prefecture

摘要
自2015年我国提出推进全域旅游发展战略以来,阿坝州积极响应,次年获批成为全国首批全域旅游示范区创建单位.本文根据阿坝州旅游发展现状,总结出阿坝州在旅游资源、政策扶持、区域位置等方面的良好基础,以及已实现全产业链逐渐完善、品牌效应日益凸显、管理体制实现突破等先发优势,为阿坝州全域旅游高质量发展提供了动力源泉.针对阿坝州面临的全域旅游产品体系不完善、全域旅游目的地形象特色不突出、旅游发展品质有待提升、缺乏专业人才等问题,本文提出丰富全域旅游产品体系、培育旅游发展载体,构建旅游目的地品牌形象,彰显旅游服务品质、凸显"阿坝"温度,加强旅游管理高端人才队伍建设等措施,以实现全域旅游提档升级,为阿坝州全域旅游高质量发展提供参考.
Abstract
Aba prefecture has responded proactively to the all-for-one tourism developmental strategy initiated in Chi-na since 2015 and was chosen as the first demonstration area for the all-for-one tourism building project.This pa-per,underpinned by Aba's tourist developing conditions,has summarized the good basics that Aba boasts in tourist resources,supportive policies and regional location advantages.The first mover advantages by which the whole in-dustry chain is being gradually completed,brand effects being increasingly prevailing,management systems have been broken through have injected a driver into the high-quality development of Aba's all-for-one tourism.In re-sponse to challenges arising from all-for-one tourism development like incomplete systems,unobtrusive images of destinations,lower tourist developing levels,and inadequate professionals,this paper has accordingly come up with proposals that all-for-one tourist products need enriching,developing vehicles need cultivating,that brand images of tourist destinations need constructing,that services need improving to highlight the uniqueness of Aba tourism,that a high-end talents team needs constructing to update Aba's all-for-one tourism.All the aforementioned proposals will serve as a reference to the high-quality development of Aba's all-for-one tourism.
