Changing and Unchanged Features of the Discourse of Ideological and Political Work of the Communist Party of China
Discourse is the speech symbolism that carries the speaker's ideologies and value standpoints.The whole developments of the discourse of the ideo-political work of our Party has seen the changing discourse content,dis-course mode and discourse carrier with the change of narrative context.However,everything that keeps changing in the meanwhile sticks to basic principles which stay unchanged in the discourse direction of always holding high the banner of Marxism,in the main discourse line of focusing on the central tasks of the Party and the state,and in the discourse position of always adhering to the people-centered philosophy.Embarking on the new journey of the new era,we should have an accurate command of the changing and unchanged dialectical relationship of the discourse of ideo-political work of the Party,responding proactively to everything changing with unchangedness.In doing so,the discourse of ideo-political work of the Party will be up-to-date and comformable to the laws underlying the govern-ance by the Party;its appeal,cohesion and guidance will be continuously enhanced.
