摘要
针对男性幼儿教师在幼儿性别认同教育中作用缺失的问题,基于五大性别认同理论(性别恒常性发展理论、性别社会化理论、社会学习理论、皮亚杰的儿童发展理论、性别图式理论),构建了一套系统化的培养路径,包括强化理论基础、提升性别角色示范能力、构建包容的教育环境、运用观察学习与强化机制、增强性别敏感度、加强家校合作以及建立专业发展支持体系等方面,旨在促进幼儿健康的性别认同发展,并为男性幼儿教师的培养提供理论和实践依据.
Abstract
Male preschool teachers'role missing in the current identity education for infants is discussed in this paper centering on five gender identity theories,namely,gender constant development theory,gender socialized theory,social learning theory,Piaget's children growth theory and gender schema theory.A range of systematic training ap-proaches including reinforced theoretical essentials,improving the teachers'demonstrating capacity in gender roles,constructing an inclusive education ecosystem,applying the observation-based learning and strengthened mecha-nisms,boosting gender sensitivity,promoting family-school cooperation and building a profession-backed system of growth for male teachers has been designed to advance children's healthy development of gender identity,and to have male preschool teachers training theoretically and practically underpinned.
