Analysis on Thermal Balance of Large Coking Furnaces during Coking Process in Ansteel
The heat balance tests and calculation results of four large coking furnaces in the coking process by Ansteel were summarized and analyzed.The energy consumption and distribution condition in terms of thawing system of coking,coke ovens,coke dry quenching(CDQ)system and chemical tubular furnaces were accurately controlled,which providing the data support for energy saving and consumption reduction in the whole coking flow process.After the tests of coking furnaces,depending on these measures taken by adjusting the heating gas quantity and flue gas reflux ratio in thawing system,optimizing the parameters such as center temperatures of coke cakes and air excess coefficient during operation of coke ovens,reducing the ratio of gas to material in CDQ system and improving the heat preservation effect in tubular furnaces,the energy efficiency of each kind of furnaces was accurately improved,which provided effective support for comprehensively reducing the energy consumption in coking process.
