针对大型电厂锅炉长期富氧燃烧导致氮氧化物生成量增加、脱硝入口压力增大、脱硝喷氨量增加等问题,应用了基于CO测量的燃烧优化氧量寻优先进控制系统,应用后锅炉氧量实时在线寻优,氧量设定平均值从3.0%降至1.8%,有效缓解脱硝压力,并节省氨量使用,达到节能减排的目的.
Advanced Control System for Optimized Oxygen Content Combustion Based on CO Measurement
In view of such problems as increasing generated nitrogen oxides,increasing pres-sure at inlet of denitrification and increasing injection amount of ammonia during denitrification due to long-term oxygen-enriched combustion by boilers in large power plants,the advanced con-trol system for optimized oxygen content combustion based on CO measurement was applied.After that,the oxygen content combustion by boiler could be optimized online in real time,and the set average oxygen content was reduced from 3.0%to 1.8%,which effectively alleviated the pressure of denitrification and saved the amount of ammonia used,and therefore the purpose of energy sav-ing and emission reduction was achieved.
