摘要

介绍了鞍钢鲅鱼圈焦化废水处理工艺运行概况,分析了焦化废水工艺存在的问题,通过提升预处理单元、生化处理系统和深度处理系统的功能,新增膜脱盐处理系统,大大提升了焦化废水系统出水水质,中水回用率达到70%以上.最终膜脱盐处理系统的浓水水质指标达到了《炼焦化学工业污染物排放标准》(GB 16171-2012)中的间排标准,全部回用于烧结混料,净水全部回用于循环水系统,实现了焦化废水零排放的目标.

Abstract

The general situation on operations of the treatment process for coking wastewater in Bayuquan Branch of Ansteel was introduced.Then,some problems occurred in terms of the treatment process for coking wastewater were analyzed.Based on analytical results,through upgrading the functions of pretreatment unit,biochemical treatment system and advanced treatment system,together with newly installing the membrane desalination treatment system,the effluent quality of wastewater from coking wastewater system was greatly improved,and the recycling rate of reclaimed water reached over 70%.In the end,the concentrated water quality index for the membrane desalination treatment system reached the discharge standard in Pollutant Discharge Standard for Coking Chemical Industry(GB 16171-2012),all of which were reused for sintering mixture,and all clean water was reused for circulating water system,and thus the goal of zero emissions of coking wastewater was achieved.
