摘要

根据SPA-H钢成分特点,通过理论分析认为,该钢种具有快速脱碳的条件.采取优化供氧流量和压力,降低平均枪位,改善造渣制度,优化底吹系统等措施后,该钢种冶炼时间平均降低0.6 min,提高了转炉作业效率.

Abstract

It was concluded that there was suitable conditions for the SPA-H steel to be rapidly decarbonized according to its chemical characteristics based on the theoretical analysis.And therefore,after taking such measures as optimizing the oxygen flow and oxygen pressure,re-ducing the average height of lance positions,improving the slagging system and optimizing the bot-tom blowing system,the average smelting time for the SPA-H steel was shortened by 0.6 min and the operation efficiency of a converter was improved.
