Study on Relationship between Microstructures and Properties of Thin Steel Strips with Content of 6.5%Si by Rolling Method
Taking the 6.5%Si thin steel strips produced by warm rolling process as the subject investigated, the microstructures in warm rolled steel sheets with adding elements of Nb and B was adjusted and controlled at different annealing temperatures. The study results showed that their grain sizes after annealing these investigated warm rolled steel sheets at 750 ℃ were about 22.2 μm,and the samples taken by these steel sheets could be rolled into a 0.10 mm thin strip with the width of 100 mm and good surface quality by cold rolling. After annealing the thin strip at 1 200 ℃ for 1 h,the magnetic induction B8 was 1.29 T,and the iron loss P10/400 was 5.46 W/kg,while its comprehensive magnetic properties were better than those of JNEX products with the same specifications.
