Preparation of Fe-3%Si Large-size Alloy Single Crystal and Calculation of Magnetic Induction Coefficient
The alloy single crystal with the size larger than 200 mm was prepared by secondary re-crystallization method by taking the oriented Fe-3%Si alloy hot rolled sheet as the raw material.Three single crystal samples were randomly selected and cut into seven samples with dimensions of 50 mmx50 mm at different angles to the rolling direction, and then the single crystal orientation of the selected samples was carried out respectively, while the transverse and longitudinal magnetic properties of each sample were measured.Based on the results of single crystal orientation, the polar angle and radial angle of each single crystal in the crystallographic coordinate frame were calculated, and thus the calculation method for magnetic induction coefficient of single crystal was proposed.Based on this method, the magnetic induction intensity coefficient of the Fe-3%Si alloy single crystal was calculated and its reliability was verified by taking the measured magnetic properties of single crystal and its polar angle and radial angle in the crystallographic coordinate frame as input conditions.By using this method, the magnetic induction intensity of single crystal with {110} plane parallel to the plate surface in any direction was calculated, which provided a theoretical basis for the calculation of magnetic properties of polycrystalline materials.
