针对4300 mm轧机在生产厚度小于8 mm的薄规格钢板板形合格率低于87%问题,分析了 8 mm以下薄规格钢板板形的影响因素,通过改进加热、轧制、矫直等工艺和完善轧制计划等方式,实现了 8 mm以下钢板的稳定生产,板形合格率达到98%以上.
Study on Profile Control Technology for Thin Gauge Steel Plates by 4300 mm Heavy and Medium Plate Mill
In order to solve the problem that the profile pass rate of the steel plates with thickness less than 8 mm produced by the 4300 mm heavy and medium plate mill was below 87%,the factors of influencing the profile of the steel plates with thickness less than 8 mm were analyzed.After that,by improving such processes as heating,rolling,straightening and perfecting a rolling schedule,stable production of the steel plates with thickness less than 8 mm was achieved,and the profile pass rate of the steel plates was more than 98%.
