摘要

介绍了鞍钢朝阳钢铁1#高炉冷却系统的设计特点,总结了高炉冷却壁长寿经验.基于优良的冷却系统设计,通过采取合理的水系统管理,加强原燃料质量管理,控制合理且稳定的操作炉型和强化设备管理,减少了高炉冷却壁热负荷的剧烈波动,高炉长期稳定顺行,实现了高炉冷却壁运行11年零破损.

Abstract

The design features of the cooling system for the No.1 blast furnace(BF)in Chaoyang Steel Company of Ansteel was introduced,and the experience of long service life of the BF cooling staves was summarized.Based on the excellent design of the cooling system,by adopting reasonable management of the water system,strengthening the quality management of raw materials and fuels,controlling reasonable and stable operations of furnace types and strengthening the management of equipment,the violent fluctuation of heat load from the BF cooling staves was reduced.Therefore the BF was in stable and smooth operation for a long time,and the BF cooling staves were operating for 11 years without any damages.
