Operation Practice of 2600 m3 Blast Furnace with Long Service Life in Chaoyang Steel Company of Ansteel
The general situation in terms of the 2600 m3 blast furnace(BF)bottom and its BF hearth was introduced,and then the erosion state of the hearth was analyzed.By taking such measures as strengthening the operation management of all procedures before taping from the BF,reducing the quantity of water leaked from the tuyeres into the furnace,putting titanium balls into life-time service for protecting the furnace in the late furnace life,reasonably implementing the four major operating systems of the BF,regularly grouting the hearth and carrying out the overlaying welding for the furnace shell and reducing the harmful elements entering the furnace,the high yield of the BF and stable and smooth operation of the BF with both long-term and low consumption was achieved.
