为了解决连铸机改造后增加高度影响生产的问题,通过严格校核,设计了连铸机吊车梁提升方案,包括提升流程,提升设备及校核,提升设备安装及提升步骤,以及吊车梁提升后施工方案等.方案实施后,连铸机中间罐所在位和大罐接收位吊车梁整体提升1.7 m,满足了生产要求,填补了国内外吊车梁提升技术的空白.
Study on Lifting Technologies for Crane Beams and Its Application
In order to solve the problem that the increasing height of the continuous caster influenced the production after upgrading the continuous caster,the lifting scheme for crane beams of the continuous caster was designed by strict checking and calibrating,which included the lifting process,the lifting equipment and checking and calibrating procedures,the installation of lifting e-quipment and lifting steps,and the construction scheme after lifting crane beams. After the scheme was applied,the crane beams for the position of the tundish to the caster and the receiving position of the large tank were increased by 1.7 meters totally,which met the requirements by production and filled the gap on lifting technologies for crane beams at home and abroad.
