步进式加热炉垫块脱落与板坯跑偏分析及措施

针对加热炉垫块脱落现象严重的问题,通过跑偏试验和步进机构运行状态分析认为,步进机构运行偏斜造成板坯跑偏是垫块脱落的根本原因.采取校正步进机构液压缸伸缩量一致,调整定心装置安装间隙精度在(0.5±0.1)mm,采用预先偏南50~100 mm的布料方式等措施后,有效缓解了板坯跑偏现象,垫块脱落问题基本得到解决.
Analysis on Causes Leading to Cushion Blocks Falling to Walking-beam Heating Furnace and Off-tracking of Slabs and Countermeasures
In view of the serious problem that the falling of cushion blocks to the walking-beam heating furnace occurred,based on testing of off-tracking and the analysis on the running state of the stepping mechanism,it was believed that the off-tracking of slabs caused by the run-ning deviation of the stepping mechanism was the basic cause leading to the falling of cushion blocks. Therefore,after taking these measures such as keeping the expansion amount of the hy-draulic cylinder for the stepping mechanism consistent by regulating,adjusting the accuracy for in-stallation clearance of the centering device to be (0.5±0.1)mm,and using the method by which the materials were distributed from 50 mm to 100 mm by being biased toward the south in advance,the phenomenon of slab off-tracking was effectively alleviated,and the problem concerning the falling of cushion blocks was basically solved.
