Thoughts on Digital Development of High-quality Moulded Casting Technology
As a key link in manufacturing production,the moulded casting technology plays a crucial role in the development of the manufacturing industry in terms of product quality and production efficiency.At present,the traditional moulded casting technology has such problems as great difficulty in precision control,unstable production process,and serious waste of resources.However,the advent of digital technologies such as sensor technology,data analysis,and artificial intelligence have created new opportunities to solve the above problems.Based on these opportunities,the integration of intelligent equipment and control systems,the applications of big data and artificial intelligence,and the application trends of technologies such as the internet technology in the metallurgical industry were expounded.Meanwhile these applications of numerical simulation technology in the fields of moulded casting and rolling were introduced,and the applicability of the data platform for moulded casting knowledge,offline reproduction systems,online control systems,and the big data platform for moulded casting industry by moulded casting production were discussed in detail,which demonstrated the significance and the role for constructing a digital virtual reality platform for moulded casting.Therefore,the digital transformation of the moulded casting technology is of great significance for improving production efficiency and product quality,reducing costs and risks,and promoting the sustainable development of the casting industry.
