Online Diagnosis and Optimization System for Steam Turbine Flow Characteristic of Coal-Fired Units
The flow characteristic of steam turbine is one of the important characteristics affecting the main parameter control of coal-fired units.It is beneficial to guide the real-time operation adjustment of units and improve the economy and safety of unit operation by studying its on-line measurement,diagnosis and optimization technology.In this paper,the relative flow calculation method is used to calculate the intake steam flow,filtering rules of modeling data are designed,the on-line measurement model of steam turbine flow characteristics is constructed,and the online diagnosis system is developed.Based on the idea of par-tition optimization,the control parameters of steam turbine flow characteristics are optimized,which reali-zes the online measurement and optimization of turbine flow characteristics in the wide load range,and has the failure warning of the deviation of turbine flow characteristics and governing valve blocking.The on-line diagnosis and optimization system has a significant effect on improving the linearity of turbine flow characteristic and promoting the safe and stable operation of the unit.
