文章对比了空冷冷却器、高压给水泵合泵水冷冷却器及独立TCA泵水冷冷却器三种冷却方案的优缺点.从节能角度对三菱M701 F4型燃气轮机联合循环机组TCA冷却系统冷端进行了分析,并根据某电厂独立TCA泵的实际应用情况从运行方式及经济性方面进行了分析和总结,对后续同类型机组的设计、安装、调试以及运行均有一定的指导意义.
Optimization and Application of TCA Cooling System for M701F4 Gas Turbine
This paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of air-cooled cooler,high-pressure feed-water pump combined water-cooled cooler,and independent TCA pump water-cooled cooler.An analysis was conducted on the cold end of the TCA cooling system of the Mitsubishi M 701 F4 gas turbine combined cycle unit from an energy-saving perspective.Based on the actual application of an independent TCA pump in a certain power plant,analysis and summary were conducted from the aspects of operation mode and e-conomy.The paper is thus of certain guiding significance for the design,installation,debugging and opera-tion of similar units in the future.
