Logic Optimization of Key Technologies for Flexible Adjustment of Automatic Control of Thermal Power Units
In view of poor coordinated control effectiveness under 50%load in Unit 5 of some power plant, flexible adjustment of automatic control logic and parameter optimizing work were carried out.In order to improve the stability of unit operation and the quality of unit automatic regulation,a coordinated control strategy that simulates manual operation is proposed.By analyzing historical data to supplement and im-prove the original control logic,a static model for coordinated control of the unit is established, and the model boundary is dynamically corrected based on operational intervention experience and equipment char -acteristics to achieve fine coordinated control of air, water, and coal in the unit, enabling the automatic control system to adapt to the rapid and stable handling of abnormal operating conditions of the unit and meet the automatic control requirements of the 30% ~100%load range of the unit.
