Anhui Province,as an important part of the Yangtze River Delta region,has seen its economy grow faster than the national average over the past decade,achieving a leap-forward development from"middle in total volume,lagging in per capita"to"leading in total volume,middle in per capita".As a pivotal energy enterprise,State Grid Anhui Electric Power Co.,Ltd.bears the critical responsibility of meeting the electricity demands for economic and social development,as well as the people's aspirations for a better life.It urgently needs to seize the opportunity and act accordingly,comprehensively implemen-ting high-quality leap-forward development and more effectively serving Anhui's goal of becoming"a strong province"in seven aspects.Against this backdrop,this paper uses research methods such as sur-veys,scientific systematic approaches,and thinking methods to delve into the current management weak-nesses of State Grid Anhui Electric Power Co.,Ltd.,focusing on the systematic enhancement of manage-ment capabilities and mechanisms.It provides a detailed introduction of strategies,tasks,and safeguard measures for formulating management system enhancement plans,offering theoretical frameworks,specific strategies,and practical suggestions.
